About this experience

Walking tour. This Taco gastronomic tour in the CDMX is an experience for curious travelers, foodies and cultural explorers, who want to discover Mexico through its most authentic flavors. During this tour you will visit four carefully selected restaurants, in the Condesa colony, each representing a region, a technique and a different vision of Mexican taco. This is a culinary journey that connects tradition, identity and creativity, all in a close, accessible and story-filled environment. The tour begins in a taqueria style jalisco, where the protagonist is the birria. Continue to a Baja style taqueria, where the taco is transformed with marine ingredients and coastal techniques. The next stop is dedicated to the famous taco al pastor. The tour culminates in a contemporary mill where Mexican cuisine looks to the past to reinvent itself. Here tacos are created from native corn, nixtamalization and pre-Hispanic ingredients.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
