Nice walking path
Nice walking around. The Ferris wheel 🎡 not available all two weeks of vacation. Too expensive area.

I apologize for the inconvenience regarding The Orlando Eye being unavailable during your visit. We understand how disappointing it can be when attractions are not accessible, especially when planning a vacation. everything you expect
this is everything you would expect after already doing the London one, the neat thing was you could add your device and place your own music in the pod as you went round.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the Orlando Eye experience! I’m glad to hear that it met your expectations, especially after your visit to the London Eye. The ability to add your own music and personalize the pod sounds like a fantastic feature that enhances the overall experience. If you have any more insights or suggestions, feel free to share them. Your feedback is invaluable as we strive to create memorable experiences for our visitors. Best regards, The Orlando Eye Team

Poor Service After "Technical Problems"
We were on a family holiday, visiting from the UK. We pre-booked online to visit the Orlando Eye. During booking it asked if we wanted to add Sea Life for c.$10 each, which we did (4 of us) We visited Sea Life while waiting for the Eye to open at 12pm. When we left, we noticed the operating times had been removed. We were then told the Eye would be closed all day due to technical problems. We then re-visited 2 days later, when it was still closed. We asked for a refund. Sounds simple? No. Because we had gone to Sea Life, they would have to charge us full price for that visit (not the $40) and refund the difference. Meaning after spending $160 we only received just over $50, despite the Eye being the reason we booked in the first place. We should have received closer to $120. Definitely be aware of this.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your experience regarding your recent visit to the Orlando Eye and Sea Life. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced during your holiday, particularly with the unexpected closure of the Eye and the complications surrounding your refund. We strive to provide our guests with enjoyable experiences, and I regret that we fell short in this instance. Your feedback about the booking process and refund policy is invaluable, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve our services. I understand how frustrating it must have been to plan your visit around the Orlando Eye only to find it closed. Please rest assured that I will bring your concerns to our management team so we can review our policies and ensure clearer communication regarding attraction availability. We appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll consider visiting us again in the future. Warm regards, Merlin Entertainments

Why this scores 52
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
The Orlando Eye Admission Ticket at ICON Park: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Orlando.
How much does The Orlando Eye Admission Ticket at ICON Park cost?
+
Prices start at $31 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Orlando usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does The Orlando Eye Admission Ticket at ICON Park take?
+
Plan for about 0.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Orlando is not rushed.
Is The Orlando Eye Admission Ticket at ICON Park worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 52 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.8/5 across 59 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Orlando, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule The Orlando Eye Admission Ticket at ICON Park?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is The Orlando Eye Admission Ticket at ICON Park suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book The Orlando Eye Admission Ticket at ICON Park?
+
Around 21 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Orlando can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Orlando and add a light layer if any part of the 0.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does The Orlando Eye Admission Ticket at ICON Park start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Orlando within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Orlando?
+
Orlando is a park town with a wetland wrapped around it. Multi-day theme park tickets and skip-ahead passes dominate, but the highest-satisfaction days are often the ones nobody plans: airboat runs on the St. Johns, manatee swims at Crystal River, and Kennedy Space Center on a launch day. We rank on wait-time value and how honestly an operator describes what is included. On Outty we rank every Orlando experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Escape Game Orlando: Epic 60-Minute Adventures on I-Drive, Kennedy Space Center with Transport from Orlando and Kissimmee, Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Orlando?
+
January to April, before the humidity and the afternoon thunderstorms settle in. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Orlando?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
