We booked The Mall Outlet Florence – Luxury Shopping Day Tour with Welcome Italy, and it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable shopping days of our trip! We were lucky to have Monica as our guide, and she made the entire experience smooth, organised, and genuinely fun. Monica and the driver arrived right on time at 8:30am and greeted us warmly. She checked in with us via WhatsApp in the morning before pickup, which made everything feel easy and well‑coordinated. The drive from Rome to Florence is long — around 3 hours each way — but Monica made it feel effortless. She was calm, friendly, and ensured we were comfortable with washroom breaks and quick stops whenever needed. At The Mall Outlet, Monica stayed in touch with us again via WhatsApp while we shopped, which was incredibly helpful. When we finished, she came to the shopping complex, picked up our bags, and placed them in the car boot for us. She also explained the tax‑refund process clearly, even though we couldn’t claim it since we weren’t leaving Italy yet. The outlet itself is fantastic — spacious, beautifully laid out, and full of luxury brands. We managed to do some great shopping, and despite the long day, it was absolutely worth it. Exceptional!!!
I was picked up at my hotel. And surprising, had an amazing day. I was blown away by the service provided by Juliana and Emmanuele. From making sure I was comfortable, and needing anything and ready to guide and answer any questions I have for them. They both went out of their way to take me to a store when I talked about needing another suitcase to hull all my stuff with. To top it off, it was my birthday and they made sure I had a special day. Thank you to both Juliana and Emanuele, you have gained a customer that will always count on you when next am in Italy, hopefully soon. Grazie Mille.
