    Amazing

Ingrid is amazing, I recommend to book her for all your tours in this area!!! She is a pure joy, informative and knowledgeable!!! My family of 4 enjoyed it and she also recommended other areas to visit such as gourdon which is a small town on top of a hill, the drive up was spectacular alone, and the town and small shops a real delight!! Worth the drive. Thank you Ingrid!!

    Great Tour in Nice

This was a wonderful tour and our guide was very nice and informative. In addition to touring Nice, we thoroughly enjoyed Antibes and the two other places we went. We had five on our tour and we fit very comfortably in her Mercedes van. She speaks English, French, and German (and possibly more).

Response from the operator: Merci beaucoup for your kind words. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed touring with me. Best wishes from Nice!

Delightful Customized Evening Tour of Eze, Monaco and Monte Carlo with Kultours- Best French Riviera Tours

Contacted Ingrid Schmucker privately 2 months before our 4 nights in Nice about a private tour for 2 couples. Her many responses were timely and she offered great advice. We requested seeing Monaco at night so she adjusted our tour to visit the charming town of Eze in the late afternoon with beautiful panoramic views from the Hotel Chateaux of the Golden Goat. Then we spent a magical evening with Ingrid in Monaco enjoying a lovely meal and engaging stories of the Grimaldi royals and Grace Kelly’s life. She took us to visit the fabulous Monte Carlo Casino and it’s ’ opulent surroundings describing all that history. She also drove us to see many gorgeous lighted views of all of Monaco including part of the race course for LeMans. Ingrid was so knowledgeable, a great guide and storyteller who made us feel like old friends. BEST GUIDE EVER! WOULD BOOK HER TOURS ANYTIME!

    Great Tour

We contacted Ingrid for her Eastern Riviera tour several months ago. She was very prompt in her response and contacts. She picked us up at our hotel in Nice and was one of the best guides we have ever met. She was charming, helpful and knowledgeable. We were in her comfortable vehicle and went to spectacular vistas and wonderful villages. She had picked a great place with a fantastic view for lunch. When we mentioned sweets afterward she took us to a bakery named as one the best in the area. She explained the history of the area very well; we loved the entire tour. Her total devotion was to our enjoyment. She suggested places to go and seemed to intuit our interests. I would say that if you ever have a chance to hire Ingrid and do not, you are a fool.

The Highlights of the Côte d'Azur with Tour Company recommended by Rick Steves: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Nice.

How much does The Highlights of the Côte d'Azur with Tour Company recommended by Rick Steves cost?

    +

Prices start at $1421 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Nice usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does The Highlights of the Côte d'Azur with Tour Company recommended by Rick Steves take?

    +

Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Nice is not rushed.

Is The Highlights of the Côte d'Azur with Tour Company recommended by Rick Steves worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 20 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Nice, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule The Highlights of the Côte d'Azur with Tour Company recommended by Rick Steves?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is The Highlights of the Côte d'Azur with Tour Company recommended by Rick Steves suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book The Highlights of the Côte d'Azur with Tour Company recommended by Rick Steves?

    +

Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Nice can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Nice and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does The Highlights of the Côte d'Azur with Tour Company recommended by Rick Steves start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Nice within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Nice?

    +

On Outty we rank every Nice experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include ★ Walking Tour of Old Nice and Castle Hill, NO DIET CLUB - Unique Local Food in Nice !, Nice City Segway Sightseeing Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Nice?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Nice?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
