Oded Is the Guide You Want in Israel
Five Stars: Oded Is the Guide You Want in Israel I've traveled a lot, and I can say without hesitation that Oded is one of the best guides I've ever had. Over several days he took us all over Israel, from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem to Jaffa and well beyond, and every stop felt like it had been planned just for us. What sets Oded apart is how much he knows and how easily he shares it. He brings thousands of years of history to life without ever sounding like a lecture. In Jerusalem he made the layers of the Old City make sense. In Jaffa he showed us the old port and the alleys most visitors walk right past. In Tel Aviv he gave us the energy of a modern city with the story behind it. He knows where to eat, when to beat the crowds, and how to read a group, so he knows when to go deep and when to let you just take it all in. He's also great company: warm, funny, patient, and clearly in love with his country. By the end of the trip he felt less like a guide and more like a friend showing us around. If you're going to Israel, book Oded. You'll see more, understand more, and enjoy it more than you would with anyone else.
Response from the operator: Dear Andy! Thank you so much for your review and the kind words! It was my pleasure meeting you in ISrael and showing you and Inna our beautiful country! I enjoyed our time together and looking forward to seeing you in ISrael again! Best regards, Oded

Amazing tour guide in Israel
Oded is an incredible tour guide, he is knowledgeable, flexible, engaging, and knows Tel Aviv, and Jerusalem, which is where he took us.
Response from the operator: Dear Carla! Thank you so much and I look forward to seeing you in Israel again soon!

Ugly
Ugly tour and lack of attentive service. The ‘guide’ was very rough and jumped into unnecessary talks in an intrusive way to the point I felt harassed.
Response from the operator: This is a FALSE REVIEW! I never provided service to these individuals. Guess their review was posted out of hatred to Israel.

Exceptional Tour Guide
Oded proved to be an exceptional guide. He brought us to some of the amazing corners of the city we wouldn’t have gone there by ourselves and it was phenomenal! His knowledge and ability to impart it was outstanding, and he was also very friendly, honest, respectful and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him & would highly recommend to everyone who is interested in the history, food & culture of the Tel Aviv.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much Roger - it was my absolute pleasure! Oded

Oded was an excellent guide walking...

Oded was an excellent guide walking back into history from the old city of Tel Aviv to Jaffa. Oded is very knowledgeable of the history and architecture of the city. He was very good at pointing out sites, restaurants, cultural activities that we could explore on our own.

We highly recommend Oded as a tour guide and a good walking partner.

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tel Aviv.
How much does The full walk of Tel Aviv! - The city,Jaffa and the German colony cost?
+
Prices start at $130 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tel Aviv usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does The full walk of Tel Aviv! - The city,Jaffa and the German colony take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tel Aviv is not rushed.
Is The full walk of Tel Aviv! - The city,Jaffa and the German colony worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tel Aviv, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule The full walk of Tel Aviv! - The city,Jaffa and the German colony?
+

+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book The full walk of Tel Aviv! - The city,Jaffa and the German colony?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tel Aviv can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tel Aviv and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does The full walk of Tel Aviv! - The city,Jaffa and the German colony start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tel Aviv within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Tel Aviv?
+
On Outty we rank every Tel Aviv experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Carmel Market Tasting Tour - LocaLocal, Guided Pub Crawl Night Tour at Tel Aviv, Tel Aviv Street Art & Graffiti Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Tel Aviv?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Tel Aviv?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
