Tour ruined by staff
Someone asked to leave the tour midway through it and the actor saw the couple out the room and the group was left alone. While they were gone a person suggested we should all ly on the floor so we would surprise the staff when they walked in, funny right? Not to them! When they walked back in they told us we have ruined the tour for everyone!!! And that it was unacceptable!!! So that bit was left unfinished and we were told to proceed to the next room. The tour continued till the last room where the manager was waiting to give us a lecture on how we stopped the person who left the tour from getting the help she needed!!! How were we preventing help to get to the person by being on a room by ourselves in silence??!! That's what I would like to be explained. That lecture was uncalled for and not aprecciated. You ruined the tour for us that's for sure!! After hearing those words could not pay attention to anyother story. It is unacceptable to be treated like this, no respect to the customers who tought funny to act like we were all dead in the cave where we had been just told to die. Didn't expexct these people to be so offended by a joke played on them. By the way, we had no idea what had happened to the people who asked to leave the tour.

Good, but some disappointment
It was fun, and the staff are great; however with the final ride being out of action, this was disappointing. Could the maintenance not have been done before the summer?

Excellent and great fun
Great fun. Actors were brilliant. There were some issues with the tickets we bought. I’m not sure why or what but the lady on reception dealt with it very professionally ( I think it was a computer issue as we had booked via blue light ). And we were in without a fuss !!
