Memorable tailor-made stay

Custom-made private tour which allowed us to discover Berber culture and imperial cities. Outstanding service offered by our driver-accompanist, Mohamed. Always attentive and professional, he had a few surprises in store for us, which made this trip a memorable one. We recommend without any reservation!

Travel with children

Thanks to Mohamed!Thank you Marocco tour guide! Thank you Berber Agency experience. Our trip to Morocco with our 3 children would never have been so full of good memories without you. It’s not easy to travel with young children (especially 18 days with so many kilometers) but you thought of everything to make our stay memorable. Whether it was the choice of cities to visit, kid friendly riads, hikes suitable for children but which appeal enormously to adults, everything was perfect. Our guide was kind, punctual, adapted to the mood/rhythm of the children and introduced us to excellent Berber music. Our trip would never have been more efficient without driver/organization by the agency. He knows cities, parking lots, photo spots restaurants. All this saves us time and makes us enjoy this beautiful country without worries.

Beautiful Berber experience

May 2023: We were 2 couples of friends traveling from north to south in Morocco during a 16-day stay. Our private and personalized tour tailor-made by the Quebec agency Experience Berber (Nathalie Bélanger) and Morroco Tour Guide (Lahcen) combined cycling, trekking and tours of imperial cities among others. Upon arrival, we were taken care of by our guide driver Mohmed and his companion Yusuf. Our route included Rabat, Chefchaouen, Achour Valley, Volubilis, Meknes, Fez, Merzouga, Boumalne Dades, Ait Ben Haddou, Marrkech, Essaouira, Casablanca. Moroccans are very warm and welcoming, we were always well served in the Riad where we slept and ate well. We had a rewarding experience when our guide brought us to meet the nomads. We greatly appreciated the quality of the local guides when visiting imperial cities. What about our guide driver, a punctual, caring, enthusiastic man who ensured our safety at all times. It contributed greatly to make our stay as pleasant as possible. He made us try a multitude of Moroccan dishes, including Berber pizza and organized a Berber picnic with the baking of bread on embers! He answered all the questions we had about his country and his life, which opened our minds to a culture different from our own. We have established links with our guides with whom we organised a football match on the beach. We will keep beautiful memories of this exceptional trip and highly recommend this experience. Thank you Mohmed and Experience Berber for this beautiful journey.

Response from the operator: Merci beaucoup Charles pour vos commentaires et votre confiance . c'est ce que nous demandons à tous nos chauffeurs-guides de faire. ils fonctionnent tous de la même manière en donnant le maximum de services à nos clients.

Extraordinary trip with Lahcen to Morocco!!

My wife and I booked a 17-day trip through Morocco in September 2022 with Morocco Tour Guides. We toured the country by car with our private driver-guide in a comfortable and air-conditioned 4WD car. Our guide took care of us from the moment we arrived at the airport. We visited the following cities: Casablanca, Rabat, Chefchaouen, Tetouan, Tangier, Meknes, Fez, Ifrane, Azrou, Merzouga, Boumalne Dadès, Ait Ben Haddou, Marrakech, El Jadida and Essaouira. The accommodation was extraordinary, typically Moroccan and very diverse. We stayed in riads, Kasbahs, hotels, a luxury tent in the desert and at the homestay of Amazigh. The Hospitality and Service in the accommodations have been outstanding with attention to detail and always welcomed with mint tea. We felt like a king and queen. This trip was our honeymoon and our guide Lahcen warned all accommodations without exception so that our room would be decorated. It was a very nice attention from our guide that we had not even asked before! In addition, our guide, familiar with the specialties of his country, allowed us to guide us in the purchase of our souvenirs. For example, carpets are seen everywhere in Morocco, but Lahcen showed us the perfect place to buy a high-quality carpet. As for the activities or visits during this trip, here are some: visit the ruins of Volubilis with private guide, visit the city of Meknes with private guide (Said: the best!!!), visit the city of Fes with private guide, expedition to feed monkeys, Bugee tour in the desert, camel tour of 1h30 to reach the luxury tent, meeting nomads in the mountains and the desert, visit of an Amazigh family with music and costumes, visit to the house of an Imame in a village (incredible and unique experience!!), visit the city of Marrakech with private guide, visit a Hammam spa, haircut at a local barber, visit the Hassan II Mosque, and more! Don’t forget all the splendour of nature, villages and people we met during the 3000 km drive. The food was excellent during the trip and our guide made us try a multitude of different dishes from Morocco. Also, when we wanted to eat something else, our guide Lahcen was very accommodating at this level. Finally, the greatest treasure of this trip was to get to know our guide Lahcen. A fair and honest man, passionate about his country and his work with whom it is pleasant to spend time. He answered all the questions we had about his country and his life, which opened our minds to a culture different from our own. He organized a whole trip and drove the car for us, which allowed us to enjoy the trip without stress. He showed punctuality and flexibility throughout the trip, which is an asset! If you are thinking of booking your trip with Morocco Tour Guides, go without hesitation, you will not regret it! Lahcen will meet your needs and prepare a personalized trip to your liking. Lahcen, we admire you very much and thank you again for this unforgettable journey and this beautiful friendship we have developed!

Amazing 17 days in Morocco!! Fun trip filled with loving Moroccan hospitality and friendliness!

Morocco Tour Guide is a must when visiting Morocco. My husband and I booked the 17 day tour Les couleurs du Maroc with Morocco Tour Guide and we couldn’t be happier! Lahcen is just the best tour guide. He really adapts the activities and itinerary to his clients tastes and interests. It was like touring Morocco with your Moroccan friend! We got to experience so many things that we wouldn’t have had the opportunity to experience if we were touring alone or with any other tour agency. Aside from all the obvious tourist attractions like visiting the Hassan II Mosque, Place Jema El-Fna and Fez Medina to name a few, we also had tea with a Nomad family, had tea and lunch with an Imam, visited a tiny village soukh, enjoyed melon on a cliff, and enjoyed a full hamam experience. Through Lahcen we learned so much about Moroccan landscapes, cuisine, history and culture. It was truly a life-changing experience that everybody should go through if they have the opportunity to do so! Thank you Lahcen and Morocco Tour Guide!

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your comments on this trip. For me it's completely normal, it's my job, to make you discover my country and its people, and to make sure that the customers are happy with their stay, that they leave with lots of wonderful memories in mind, whether it is for the contact with the inhabitants in the villages, the guides who tell you our story, without forgetting the beauty of the landscapes of Morocco.

The Colors of Morocco in a 17 Days Private Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Casablanca.

How much does The Colors of Morocco in a 17 Days Private Tour cost?

+

Prices start at $2500 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Casablanca usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does The Colors of Morocco in a 17 Days Private Tour take?

+

Plan for about 408 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Casablanca is not rushed.

Is The Colors of Morocco in a 17 Days Private Tour worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable outdoors in Casablanca, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule The Colors of Morocco in a 17 Days Private Tour?

+

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is The Colors of Morocco in a 17 Days Private Tour suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 2. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 408-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book The Colors of Morocco in a 17 Days Private Tour?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Casablanca can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Casablanca and add a light layer if any part of the 408-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does The Colors of Morocco in a 17 Days Private Tour start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Casablanca within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Casablanca?

+

On Outty we rank every Casablanca experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Casablanca Half-day Guided Tour with Hassan II mosque ticket, Private Guided Tour of Casablanca Including Mosque Entrance, Fez Guided Tour with lunch from Casablanca. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Casablanca?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Casablanca?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
