Disappointing
Although the atv and zipline experience were good the unprofessional way the management staff handled my reservation was unacceptable. I had a 9 am tour and no one showed up until after 12 for pickup ONLY after we called and text them. They claimed there was an error on their part but no refund no explanation no discount for the wasted time and lack of communication. The staff at the actual site were nice but the management or people that handle the bookings were extremely unprofessional and that is why I would not recommend this tour.

Honest review
The excursion itself was fun and I enjoyed it, if you want to kill time it’s good for that, this was a last minute activity for me The only downside was the extra $30 fee which I know is mentioned on the website, but the explanation wasn’t clear. I was told it was for conservation, but In another review they replied to said it covers transportation and etc, which is confusing since transportation is already included in the original price. It just felt a bit unclear. Also, lockers are an extra $5 (not mentioned), another thing that felt weird was being asked to tip multiple times. I’m not against tipping at all, but being asked repeatedly made it feel a bit forced rather than something I choose to do. You also can’t bring your phone on the ATV or zip lines. I understand the ATV for safety purposes , but not really the zip lines especially if you have a case for that. It’s because they want to charge you another 30$ for the pictures they took of you One more thing, don’t forget water shoes. Someone in my group had to buy them there and they were around $60. the snack portion was really small. The tacos barely had any meat in them, so the portion didn’t really match the price. It would make more sense to serve at least three tacos instead of two given how small they are 😅 Overall I had a good time, just wish the extra costs and rules were explained more clearly upfront.

Highly recommend this tour
We booked this tour from our hotel, Dreams Playa Mujeres in Costa Mujeres, Cancun, and were pleasantly surprised that this company was able to pick us up directly from there something many other operators wouldn’t do. That alone made a big difference and showed their great service from the start. The entire experience was well organized, and the staff was super friendly and professional. We had a blast riding the ATVs exciting but still felt very safe. The zip lines were so much fun with amazing views, and the cenote swim was the perfect way to cool off and end the adventure. Everything was well maintained, and you can tell they really care about providing a top-quality experience. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you're staying in Costa Mujeres and want a full adventure without worrying about transportation. Totally worth it!

Highly recommended for friends and families
This was the last tour we did during our trip to Cancun and it was such a good one! The ziplines, driving the ATVs, and swimming in the cenote were all amazing a really unique experience. It was me, my boyfriend, my sister, and my brother-in-law, and we all had a great time. We got the tour at a really good price. There was an extra fee we had to pay, which is mentioned on the website, but honestly, it was totally worth it. We paid with a credit card and everything went smoothly.

Do NOT go here.
If I could give zero stars I would me n my family was charged for a service that we did not do. But that’s just to say the least we were 30 mins LATE an even arriving to pick us up. We paid $219 on Viator n then when making it to the excursion we were charged an extra $30 EACH mind you it was 4 of us. We explained we didn’t have a problem paying the $30 service charger but why should everyone have to pay it if they were not participating in ANY of of the activities. I mean DIDNT PARTICIPATE IN ANY OF THE ACTIVITIES asked for a refund so we could just go back to our rooms and our refund keeps getting denied so I’m reaching out to our bank for a dispute. Not paying for a service that did NOT do. HENRY kept stating that his boss said he had to charge us even though I kept saying I’m not participating in anything.
Response from the operator: We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify some important details regarding your booking. 1. Regarding the Additional Fee – The $30 USD per person fee is clearly stated in the “Not Included” section on Viator before booking. This fee is mandatory for all participants, regardless of whether they choose to participate in the activities or not, as it covers entrance fees, transportation, and operational costs. 2. Late Arrival – Our team strives to provide timely and efficient service. While delays can occasionally occur due to external factors like traffic, we do our best to minimize any inconvenience to our guests. 3. Refund Policy – As per Viator’s terms and conditions, once the service has been provided, refunds are not issued. We understand your frustration, but our team followed the established policies agreed upon at the time of booking. Our goal is always to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests. We regret that this situation caused dissatisfaction, and we appreciate your understanding. If you have any further concerns, we are happy to assist you directly. Best regards

Why this scores 56
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
The best ATV tour with ziplines and Cenote swim day!: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.
How much does The best ATV tour with ziplines and Cenote swim day! cost?
+
Prices start at $25 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does The best ATV tour with ziplines and Cenote swim day! take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.
Is The best ATV tour with ziplines and Cenote swim day! worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 21 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule The best ATV tour with ziplines and Cenote swim day!?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is The best ATV tour with ziplines and Cenote swim day! suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book The best ATV tour with ziplines and Cenote swim day!?
+
Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does The best ATV tour with ziplines and Cenote swim day! start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cancun?
+
On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cancun?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cancun?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
