Do this food tour by Yourself you don't need any guide in singapore
This 10 food tasting singapore tour not worth for that's amount of money given cheaper food not that fantastic service Yet tour ended much more earlier do not book this tour in Singapore you can do this food tasting tour by yourself singapore public transport are very cheap and advanced most important That's this country are English speaking and sign all English and the safe country in Asia, you don't need guide here for sure you will save alot money for your own trips in Singapore.
Response from the operator: Dear John, Thank you for sharing your experience so candidly. We are sorry the tour did not live up to your expectations, and your points about the food quality and the tour ending earlier than it should have are taken seriously — these are things we will be following up on with the guide directly. You are right that Singapore is wonderfully easy to get around, and we would never claim otherwise. The value of a Withlocals experience lies in the stories behind the dishes, the hidden spots that do not appear on any map or tourist trail, and sharing a meal with someone who grew up in that culture. Whether that adds enough to the experience is of course for each guest to decide, and we respect that it did not feel worth it on this occasion. We appreciate your honesty and will use your feedback to raise the standard. We hope Singapore treated you well overall and that you got to enjoy its incredible food scene on your own terms. Kind Regards, The Withlocals Team

Great food and culture experience
Great food tour with Ron. He was very informative about the different cultures in Singapore and the different types of food. The food was delicious and there was heaps of it. I would highly recommend Ron.

Walking food tour - OUTSTANDING!
HJ was a terrific guide in Singapore. He made sure we were as comfortable as possible and he had a great amount of knowledge about the area that made the walking tour very informative. He was polite and ensured we had what we needed at each stop and was courteous to all the locals we interacted with. Highly recommend!

5 stars
We had a fabulous private tour with Adam for our family of 4 adults. The food was terrific, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide.

Taste sensation.
Our private tour with just us and our guide TENG was great. We walked and caught the train between cultural areas. The food was very tasty and the cultural history was fascinating we learned so much more than if we’d just walked around on our own. Thoroughly enjoyed the morning.

Why this scores 80
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
The Award-Winning PRIVATE Food Tour: 10 Tastings of 3 Cultures: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Singapore.
How much does The Award-Winning PRIVATE Food Tour: 10 Tastings of 3 Cultures cost?
+
Prices start at $149 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Singapore usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does The Award-Winning PRIVATE Food Tour: 10 Tastings of 3 Cultures take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Singapore is not rushed.
Is The Award-Winning PRIVATE Food Tour: 10 Tastings of 3 Cultures worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 80 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 1,050 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Singapore, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule The Award-Winning PRIVATE Food Tour: 10 Tastings of 3 Cultures?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is The Award-Winning PRIVATE Food Tour: 10 Tastings of 3 Cultures suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book The Award-Winning PRIVATE Food Tour: 10 Tastings of 3 Cultures?
+
Around 368 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Singapore can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Singapore and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does The Award-Winning PRIVATE Food Tour: 10 Tastings of 3 Cultures start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Singapore within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Singapore?
+
On Outty we rank every Singapore experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Singapore Highlights Small Group Bike Tour on Full-Sized Bicycles, Lion City Bike Tour of Singapore, Singapore River Cruise, Night Garden Rhapsody & Spectra by CYT. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Singapore?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Singapore?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
