Excellent Service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

From the first contact, the agency demonstrated an excellent level of service. They contacted us the day before the tour to provide us with all the necessary instructions. They were very kind and detailed, informing us about the pick-up time and the complete itinerary. The next day, the driver arrived punctually at our hotel. His kindness was remarkable from the start; during the drive to the Teotihuacán pyramids, he shared interesting information about Mexico City's tourist attractions. The vehicle was comfortable, had air conditioning and music, which made the trip even more pleasant. Once at the hot air balloon ride site, we were offered tea and cookies, which was a nice touch. The guide accompanied us at all times, making sure we were comfortable and enjoying the experience. Flying in the balloon was absolutely incredible; we felt so comfortable and enjoyed every moment. After the flight, the guide explained the next step in the itinerary, since we had booked the pyramid tour and breakfast. We were taken to a beautiful restaurant where the buffet was varied and delicious, which was a great ending to the experience. I loved that the timing was very flexible; we never felt rushed, which is a huge plus considering we opted for a private transfer service. At the end of the tour, the driver was waiting to take us back to the hotel. In short, it was a wonderful experience. They treated us exceptionally and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Relax and have fun, they got you covered!

I booked this activity and I am so glad that I did. I had an unremarkable experience beginning to end. This company had great communication with me regarding my trip. I was updated and contacted regarding my experience at all times. My guide Jaqueline was very precessional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I took this trip with my 10 year old son and even he told me “mom Jaqueline is so nice”. It meant the world having my kid make that observation because I could tell he was comfortable. The transportation provided was clean, up to date and most importantly my driver was safe. Key points for me are that I was given provided the services I paid for as described and at no point did I find myself with hidden fees or mistrusting this provider. It was a plus that Jaqueline went above and beyond by providing with tips, and gestures that made my trip easy going. This was a smooth trip and I was able to have fun without worrying about the ins and outs of the experience. I will definitely book future trips using them and highly recommend them to colleagues at work and friends moving forward.

Great experience. Highly recommended.

It was a great experience. High level service. Picked up by a private transfer. At the air baloon station we had coffee + cookies. Hot air ballon experience, itself, was smooth, landed soft. Flied above pirámides and had great shots. A pilot was very profesional and funny. On the return we had a glass of champagne as a tradition. Also tour includes a land excursion at pyramids Teotihuacán. And we finished with a breakfast at very nice restaurant with special super delicious Mexican breakfast. Was truly amazing experience, highly recommend.

Teotihuacán in a hot air balloon with Transportation from CDMX: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Mexico City.

How much does Teotihuacán in a hot air balloon with Transportation from CDMX cost?

+

Prices start at $2800 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Mexico City usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Teotihuacán in a hot air balloon with Transportation from CDMX take?

+

Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Mexico City is not rushed.

Is Teotihuacán in a hot air balloon with Transportation from CDMX worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Mexico City, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Teotihuacán in a hot air balloon with Transportation from CDMX?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Teotihuacán in a hot air balloon with Transportation from CDMX suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 4. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 6-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Teotihuacán in a hot air balloon with Transportation from CDMX?

+

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Mexico City can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Mexico City and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Teotihuacán in a hot air balloon with Transportation from CDMX start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Mexico City within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Mexico City?

+

On Outty we rank every Mexico City experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Frida Kahlo VIP [Museum Tickets Included] Walk, Markets & Churros, Local Foodie Adventure CDMX: Tacos & more with Sherpa Food Tours, Mexico City Historical Centre Food Tour with 7 Tastings & Drinks. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Mexico City?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Mexico City?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
