Waste of money
We are instructed to arrive 15 min early (in the pouring rain). 5 min before the tour is supposed to start, they send out a text that it will be 30 min late. So 45 min in the pouring rain. I set out to find a bathroom for my 9 year old and thank goodness since there was not a functioning toilet (I'm also with a 80 year old woman). I'd give the food a 1/10. If there wasn't the amazing singer onboard, the experience would be a 0/10

Glad I got the experience!
I did the tea around town today with my girlfriend and her family, it was great! So much fun, the desserts and sandwiches were different, not awful, just different. Anja, our tour guide, was awesome, and so was our tea server i think her name was stellar. The cute little collectible cup was adorable. I have always wanted to experience this, and glad I did. My only complaint is that those stairs to get up there are treacherous, so take your time! :)

So FUN! Would recommend!
I booked this experience BEFORE I read all the TERRIBLE reviews. I’m SO HAPPY we did this!! Our experience was OPPOSITE of the bad reviews. The bus was beautiful inside and out! The staff and driver were fun and interactive. The food was delicious and beautifully displayed. My friends and I were very happy with our experience and would ABSOLUTELY recommend this experience to others.

Don’t waste your money or time!
Tea bus tour was scheduled for Friday, April 10, 2026 @ 12pm for 90 minutes that included 6 teas & 6 food pairings with a guided tour narrator. Received (3) texts regarding delaying tour.. Tour bus finally arrived @ approx 2:45 pm We boarded bus and departed at approx 3:10pm. Guests was served one tea by hostess immediately after departing. Hostess then left the area and never returned to serve guests or guide-narrate tour. We circled around the downtown area for approx 60 mins and returned to point of pickup. The hostess appeared at the end of the tour and apologized for the bad experience and stated the driver was new and not from the area and she had to go help him navigate the route around town. She advised guests to contact customer service for any complaints.

Bad experience
This was a horrible experience. Was three hours late. Food was not good. No narrator for the tour. We were only offered 1 tea not the expected ones that were described. Not enough help. Driver got lost so worker stayed down stairs with driver. Do not recommend.
