Relaxing and fun once you're on the bus.
Our tour guides were awesome and really did everything they could to make sure we all had a good experience. There needs to be more clarity as to where the actual stop is. If there hadn't been people there who'd taken the trip before, we would have wandered around the square lost. I pic of the side of the correct buildig face with a giant red/yellow/blue arrow ponting to the sidewalk and saying, "Wait here!" was definitely needed as part of the ticket purchase process. Our bus was very, very late and only a few members of the group were updated. My reservation was completely lost from the list, and we wouldn't have had a spot if it hadn't been for several people leaving because of how late the bus was. And I had a ticket for 4 purchased and showed it to the guides. They couldn't find me on the list. The trip itself was nice, just a little short so that it could end on time.

Disappointing for the hype that was advertised.
Quite disappointing. The toilet was broken and made the bus smell like old urine. Very very steps. The food seemed a bit stale. The air-conditioning didn’t seem to function very well. The tour guide was good and had a lovely singing voice. Overall, it was not worth the money

Horrible Customer Service and no tickets
This is the worse experience, if I could leave a zero star i would. I bought three tickets for this excursion to introduce a 5 year old to having a tea party and to see the sites of DC. The day we had reservations was going to be cold and rainy so I wanted to reschedule. First it was dufficukt contacting anyone from this company, then the information that was needed was suppose to be in the co formation email was not there, and finally the phone number provided led you back to the website that provided very little help. After figuring out how to send a message and providing as much information as possible customer service gor back in touch with two days later telling me I had to pay $173 to make a change. Because this was a birthday gift I agreed and gave them the new date and time. Then I am waiting, and waiting and it us a week away from the new date i requested and I still have not received the new tickets. I reached out again, first by replying to the email that requested I pay $173, then back to the website and submitted another customer service form. Finally someone sent another email to tell me the date I requested is full. I give them another date and the waiting game is happening again. I have sent emails and several of their customer service forms and no reply and the new date is two weeks away. Be wary of this company, horrible customer service. They have my money and I do not have tickets for the birthday gift I bought for a 5 year old.

A newer cleaner bus would have improved the experience.
The host was very friendly and accommodating, and the food was decent. However, the overall experience was impacted by the condition of the bus and its facilities. The bus appeared outdated, and the restroom conditions were poor. With improvements to the transportation and bathroom amenities, the experience would have been much more enjoyable.

Fraud - no bus showed up at the pick up location
We booked the 2:30pm tour on 4/18/26 for 9 people. We drove for an hour and arrived at the location, provided by the company when we booked the tickets, at 2:05pm and waited for the bus for more than an hour. The bus never showed up at the location. We called at the number provided and was directed to an online form and email. Sent few emails and have not received any response from the company. This is a fraud company, please do not waste your money or time booking any tours with them. We have filed a dispute with the credit card company since we have not heard back from Topview/ Tea Around Town for the past 3 weeks.
