About this experience
We will leave for the city of Cuernavaca (the city of eternal spring), then take a city tour and continue to Cacahuamilpa town, where we will enter the famous Cacahuamilpa Caves, considered the second largest in the World. Its natural formations form faces and figures, such as the views in the rooms of the goat, the throne, the fountain, the palms and the cathedral. After leaving the caves, we will continue to Taxco de Alarcon for city tour including the visit of some silversmiths, the Temple of Santa Prisca and the Silver Museum, the rest of the afternoon free for shopping. This is a small group tour with maximum 10 people.

Worst Experience Ever
It was possibly the worst trip I have taken in my life. It began with a very disorganized pick up, as they were supposed to pick us up at our hotel, ended up walking two blocks for pick up. Tour was supposed to be in spanish, and they mixed it with a group of English tour as well and that's where things got out of control. The group of English speaking kept delaying the tour and once they got back kept talking bad about us spanish speaking to even say that they wished that we weren't there. Little did they know that my entire family speaks English as we are fully bilingual and understood everything they said. We told the guide and the English speaking passenger's got extremely aggressive to even try to hit my pregnancy wife. The driver all she did was tell us that all she could do is stop the trip and we won't get our money back, pretty much bully us into being in that environment with a bunch of aggressive and racist people. The driver name is Gabriela Moreno. She also drove so bad that half the van ended up throwing up. Also it was included lunch and didn't have lunch until 4pm. Most people in the tour had kids or disabilities and our pick up in Taxco we had to walk for about 40 minutes to the entrance of the town because the driver refused to go inside the town and wait in traffic. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience and very disappointing. It ruined an entire day and made us feel so little as people just because they rather have people who are just English speaker.

We carefully reviewed facts during your tour, operated bilingually: speaking in English and Spanish simultaneously because it was a shared service. Despite the fact, that you requested it in Spanish, there were only 2 families at the same and both spoke English as you mentioned before. Our guide Gabriela Moreno walked to the lobby of your hotel and directed you to our vehicle parked at our meeting point, which is located in the same block, about 30 meters or 40 yards, without the need to cross Streets. Gabriela started the tour also accompanied by an Indian Family, introducing the families to each other but unfortunately, due to some disagreements presented on the trip, it was necessary to ask for respect to keep order during the trip. Mexitours does not discriminate races, beliefs or nationalities, but rather respects a lot, people's individuality, that’s why our guide asked all the members respect each other to continue the trip. The road to the grotto and Taxco are in the Sierra Madre, so, they are winding roads through the mountains, it is not possible to drive through them at a high speed, around 45 miles per hour!, and sometimes people get dizzy!, but it is not a big deal! We are so sorry that the experience was unsatisfactory for reasons beyond our control, since our main interest will always be providing memorable experiences to our passengers. The rum guide gives very good Service and excellent attention, all the time he is with the group and gives very detailed explanations along the way the truth 10/10 would take another tour with him without thinking, I recommend it.

Tour was mainly in Spanish, despite it being listed as English
Our tour guide was supposed to be in English, but the tour was mixed and the guide spoke 75% Spanish, and 25% English. In the main part of the trip, which is the caves, the guide didn't even enter the caves and the 2 hour tour was by an official guide who only spoke Spanish. The caves are the main part of the tour and it's not even in English. The caves them self are nice. The so called lunch was served around 17:30, so it's really a dinner. Food was great. The visit to the "Silver mine" is just a visit to a silver store where they try to sell you stuff, with a 30 minute talk about silver. The talk was okay, but the whole 1 hour stop at this place is to sell you silver jewelry.
