    Amazing Culinary Mexican Cooking

We spent the day learning how to cook Mexican food use knives, and enjoy the culinary arts of Mexican cuisine I would definitely recommend this to my friends and other visitors. It is a long day perhaps too long. We did a lot of standing. And the chairs did not have backs . A very friendly and casual atmosphere and the staff are very helpful. If I come to Cancun again, I will bring my friends and family. The flavors were amazing. The ceviche was to die for,and the flan was superb.

    Arrive hungry.

Alajandra is the best. She was very warm and personable. She taught with excellence in knowledge and technique while we were allowed to learn while getting our fingers into the action. You don’t sit and watch, you do. The kitchen is amazing, the grounds are stunning and the food was beyond excellent. The highlight or our trip.

    WE LOVED LINDO COOKING!

Our experience was world class and one we will always treasure. The chef Ale not only passed along her passion for cooking but also invited us into her family. She has a clear gift in the world of cooking but also a drive to share that with others. This it a must stop for all foodies and those who want to learn more about mexico, it's traditions, and its food!

    MAGICAL EXPERIENCE AT MEXICAN LINDO

A wonderful day spent in a jungle setting with our host Alejandra and her lovely helpers including the delightful Paula! Learning about the history of Mayan culture and cooking was a pleasure. We made tortillas, soup and a stew all under Alejandra’s watchful eye. She provides great context and helpful hints all along the way. And of course the best thing is getting to enjoy all the wonderful food for lunch! Highly recommend this day for any food lovers interested in authentic Mexican cooking. Thank you for a lovely time!

Tasty Mexican Cooking Class with Feast in Riviera Maya: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.

How much does Tasty Mexican Cooking Class with Feast in Riviera Maya cost?

    +

Prices start at $2700 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Tasty Mexican Cooking Class with Feast in Riviera Maya take?

    +

Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.

Is Tasty Mexican Cooking Class with Feast in Riviera Maya worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 70 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 102 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Tasty Mexican Cooking Class with Feast in Riviera Maya?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Tasty Mexican Cooking Class with Feast in Riviera Maya suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Tasty Mexican Cooking Class with Feast in Riviera Maya?

    +

Around 36 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Tasty Mexican Cooking Class with Feast in Riviera Maya start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cancun?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cancun?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cancun?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
