Outstanding 5 -Star Experience with Mr. Matthew
5/5 Stars - Highly Recommend "Fun Tassie Tours" We had an amazing Tasmania holiday on 19-26 May 2026 with Fun Tassia Tours Our driver/guide, Mr. Matthew, was incredibly responsible, caring and helpful with our large group of 9 pax. He went above and beyond everyday helping us find the best food throughout the trip. He even worked past his schedule hours without a single complaint just to ensure we all got back to our apartment safely. Thank you, Mr Matthew, for your outstanding service and for making our family trip so fun and memorable holiday. Stevon S. Singapore 5 June 2026

Top Tassie Tour
Very well organised tour. This was my 3rd trip to Tassie but gained more knowledge this time than the previous trips. This was due to our Guide/Driver Matthew's incredible knowledge and passion about Tasmania. He really made everyone feel relaxed and made the whole trip a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommend the tours.

Wild and Beautiful Tasmania
The Fun Tassie Tour holiday was excellent and well worth the money. Our driver and guide, Peter was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Will be recommending this tour to all our friends. With Peter's local knowledge, we saw all the out of the way places and plenty of wild life. Great family run business and the accommodation and food provided was excellent. We will hopefully do the tour again. Alison and Clive Fletcher

The ultimate Tasmania tour
This tour was the absolute best, as was Peter, our leader & driver, and it was a privilege to be on Peter’s trip. The itinerary, accommodation, food and all the extras were second to none. Thank you very much, Fun Tassie Tours, for making this trip available, it’s so much appreciated and could not have been any better. It is the ultimate way to see the sights and beauty of Tasmania.
Response from the operator: Hi Julie H, Thanks for your very nice words above - Peter will be very chuffed to hear! He is our newest colleague but is a born & bred Tasmanian and a very experienced traveller of the island. I will certainly pass along your words to him. All the best for your future travels, many thanks. Morgan & the Fun Tassie Tours team

The level of accommodation was good and loved the lunches in the vineyards. The pace was just right. Highly recommended.
Response from the operator: Hi Lona S :) Yes we agree that Tassie has plenty of stunning scenery & great food! Thanks for taking the time to write, it is always nice to hear guests enjoyed our tour offering. I'm also glad you enjoyed the leisurely pace of the tour, we very deliberately plan our itinerary to hopefully achieve this! Have a great 2026 - I'll be sure to pass along your kind words to Peter.

Why this scores 72
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Tasmania 8 Day - Tour in Circle: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Hobart.
How much does Tasmania 8 Day - Tour in Circle cost?
+
Prices start at $3895 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Hobart usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Tasmania 8 Day - Tour in Circle take?
+
Plan for about 192 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Hobart is not rushed.
Is Tasmania 8 Day - Tour in Circle worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 72 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 195 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Hobart, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Tasmania 8 Day - Tour in Circle?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Tasmania 8 Day - Tour in Circle suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 1. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 192-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Tasmania 8 Day - Tour in Circle?
+
Around 68 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Hobart can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Hobart and add a light layer if any part of the 192-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Tasmania 8 Day - Tour in Circle start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Hobart within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Hobart?
+
On Outty we rank every Hobart experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include kunanyi/Mt Wellington Explorer Bus- Return Tour (2.5 hours), All Inclusive Bruny Island Day Tour Plus Guided Lighthouse Tour, Bruny Island Traveller - Gourmet Tasting and Sightseeing Day Trip from Hobart. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Hobart?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Hobart?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
