What you'll see and do
Esquina Homero Manzi
On the traditional corner of San Juan and Boedo, declared a National Historic Site, is the "Esquina Homero Manzi" tango club. Great exponents of tango passed through this cafe. We are going to enjoy an amazing tango show with a first class national and international gastronomy service. The atmosphere, the gastronomy and the show with 15 artists on stage (four pairs of professional dancers, an instrumental orchestra and two singers) will make this night an unforgettable experience. The dinner show is a symbol of the urban culture of the '40s. It will manage to transport you to the best time of tango: the most representative artistic expression of the city. The bar was built in 1927 and later declared a historic building for its charm and cultural importance. Evoking the golden age of tango, Esquina Homero Manzi offers you a top quality tango show in a magnificent setting and with a gastronomy service accordingly.

Performance, food selection and service outstanding but transportation could be improved
The show with the Tango dancers, musicians and singers was outstanding! The food and wine and service was superb and I highly recommend the show. The transportation could be improved by keeping the waiting guests with updates. I understand there is traffic but waiting 40 minutes in lobby without knowing if we were going to be picked up was a bit stressful as I didn’t want to miss the show. We ended up getting there with plenty of time but as I wasn’t sure during the long waiting period I got nervous. As I mentioned earlier this performance and atmosphere exceeded my expectations!
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your comments. The transport service is provided by the tangueria itself, it is not our transport. As it is always a shared transport with other passengers, the pick up time is subject to traffic conditions, the search of other passengers and their delays, as in any tour. This is also specified in the booking conditions. We have also made the comment to the tangueria so that they can take it into account. Thank you very much, we hope to see you again in the city.

Embarrassment in the face of false advertising
Good afternoon! I opened a purchase dispute because I bought a package in Argentina with a tango performance with transfer and dinner (starter, dinner, dessert and drink) and when I received the voucher it only contained the show and the transfer. I contacted the company, asked for cancellation with refund and there was no agreement. They informed us that the transfer would pick us up at 9:30 pm only for the show, as dinner was before this time. To our surprise, at 8pm the hotel reception informed us that the transfer was waiting for us. We got out and told the driver that we were not ready due to the stated time of 9:30 pm. We deduced that they understood that we were entitled to dinner, we got ready and took an Uber (another unforeseen expense) to the place. We arrived at the place around 9pm. We settled down and when we were choosing dishes we were told that we were not entitled to dinner. We spoke to the person responsible for the place, showed the screenshots of the purchase and there was no agreement. They offered us to pay more than double (41,000.00 pesos per person for dinner). Under the gaze of those present, we sat extremely embarrassed and waited for the end of the show to leave without disturbing the progress of the presentation as our table was in front of the stage and leaving at that time would cause greater discomfort to everyone. In view of the above, we request a refund because we purchased a service package that was not delivered. Thank you for your cooperation in the face of such embarrassment.

It's to see
The only tango show in Buenos Aires, where they don't take your head off. You can find a parking space 100 meters away, but if you are going to consume alcohol I recommend taking a taxi. The show, really good.
Response from the operator: Estamos felices que haya disfrutado el show. Agradecemos la responsabilidad de informar y concientizar sobre el consumo de alcohol. Gracias por su comentario, los esperamos para la próxima vez.

Why this scores 57
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Tango Dinner Show Homero Manzi menu Sur: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Buenos Aires.
How much does Tango Dinner Show Homero Manzi menu Sur cost?
+
Prices start at $14 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Buenos Aires usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Tango Dinner Show Homero Manzi menu Sur take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Buenos Aires is not rushed.
Is Tango Dinner Show Homero Manzi menu Sur worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.8/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Buenos Aires, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Tango Dinner Show Homero Manzi menu Sur?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Tango Dinner Show Homero Manzi menu Sur suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Tango Dinner Show Homero Manzi menu Sur?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Buenos Aires can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Buenos Aires and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Tango Dinner Show Homero Manzi menu Sur start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Buenos Aires within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Buenos Aires?
+
On Outty we rank every Buenos Aires experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Argentine Cooking, Wine & Beef Tasting at Argentine Experience, Historical Sherpa Food Tour of San Telmo with Street Food, Drinks, Cooking Class with Empanadas Steak & Flan by Argentine Experience. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Buenos Aires?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Buenos Aires?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
