Master Sushi Chef Tossy
This experience for exceeded our expectations! Our sushi, master TOSSY was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and fun. Tossy insured we enjoyed our experience. He even walked us out to our Uber and made sure we took off properly. Very much a gentleman as well. This is a mess for anyone traveling in Kyoto.

A memorable experience!
My husband and I just had a private sushi making lesson with Tossy. He made the lesson both informative and fun and he was a great teacher! We made several pieces of sushi from start to finish, including grating our own wasabi! We then ate our sushi creations as dinner, plus they served us udon noodles and a beverage. It was a delicious and memorable experience! Highly recommend!
