The sushi I made myself was exceptional.

The instructor clearly taught me how to make sushi rolls. I am very satisfied that I was able to make it delicious.

    An excellent one-hour class

The class was lovely. Short and succinct, we still did a lot in an hour--including eat the delicious meal. Initially, there was a slight group-disappointment that we would not be cutting /all/ our fish ourselves, but upon being allowed to perform the cut once, we realized how difficult and painstaking it is (and learned a lesson!), which made us appreciate that the fish was pre-cut. If you are looking for a to-the-point class with tasty food this is it!!!
