Very beautiful everything. The atmosphere created by sailing through the bay is an experience that you can not miss with spectacular views of the walled city and big mouth you can see a beautiful sunset. Before you hire them, check if they're real, it seems to be a fraud!
We paid for the tour and just after we had paid they contacted us via whatsapp mentioning (quoted the text): “we had a little problem with the platform and at the time of receiving your reservation we had already sold out places for today” This happened on April 19. They committed to full refund (it was tour operator error). And to date contacted them to know about My refund and not me They respond.
Response from the operator: Que tal Miguel buenas tardes, lamentamos el inconveniente que tuvimos con tu reserva, el reembolso ya ha sido procesado, el mensaje que citas va seguido de otro donde te ofrecemos reagendar para el día siguiente, pongo esto para que se tenga el panorama completo y la gente no se quede con la idea de que nunca mas volvimos a responder, hay otro mensaje que puedo citar la respuesta a tu pregunta sobre si tienes derecho al reembolso: "Sí solamente que como nos toca en fin de semana el reembolso se procesaría a partir del día lunes, pero pierde cuidado que tu recibirás el reembolso al 100%", como podrás recordar, siempre estuvimos pendientes de tus mensajes y a pesar que los tiempos no nos favorecieron el reembolso ya está procesado al 100%, Es triste ver tu comentario pero lo aceptamos con humildad. Por cierto, somos una empresa 100% real con una tasa de cancelación del 0% en Viator, lo que nos posiciona como una de las mejores empresas de tours en todo el caribe. In the description of the tour, 2 complimentary beer or wine and one appetizer were to be included, which was not the case. When I asked for a beer, I was asked to pay for it. Appetizers were being sold as well. Thirty minutes prior to the end of the tour, a gentleman asked if I still wanted the beer and said that it was included. We were no longer interested in having a beer.
Response from the operator: Apparently they are confusing the tour with some other tour they saw while doing their search because if you go to the description of the product inclusions no beers or wine are offered, the tour includes open bar of cuba libre, rum, lemonade, water and soda. If the clients want something additional from the menu either drinks or snacks they have to pay directly with the crew. I think it is a little unfair the qualification and the commentary seeing that it is a confusion with some other product.

Great Trip!! I highly recommend!!
Wonderful trip!! Nice comfortable boat with a lot of space (2 decks). Crew was friendly & helpful. Drinks from the open bar were served by the crew, so you didn't have to worry about spilling drinks on a rocking boat, even though the boat was very stable. Good music playing. I would highly recommend this trip.
