Excellent Dhow tour with BBQ Dinner with Imran
Food was good. We got to see all we wanted to see. Our leader Imran was excellent. The boat tour was perfect. Highly recommend to everyone

Doha dinner cruise
Great diner cruise. Delicious food. Water pop coffee and tea available. Views from water from old port following Corniche towards The Pearl. Our host was fantastic. All at a very reasonable price. We opted for a hotel pickup which went very smoothly. Recommended.

Great experience
An amazing experience, I would recommend this trip to anybody. I did the sunset cruise it was perfect Staff couldn't do enough for you and extremely helpful and kind from the pick up from my hotel to the boat tour itself and back to my hotel. Also the food on-board ws fantastic homemade and tasty 10 out of 10 from me.

Don't us Qatar International Tours-You don't get what you paid for.
Do not use this operator-Qatar International Tours to book your tour. We had exactly the same experience as the other 1 star review. At the dock, it is absolute chaos. The boat leaves when it is full but the staff aren't checking if customers are on the dinner cruise or just a standard cruise. You are herded like sheep onto a boat assuming they have put you on the correct boat. The staff seriously don't care-especially the manager/customer service person named Imran. You are just treated like a number and expected to shut up. We understand mistakes happen, but it's the way Qatar International Tours(Imran) handles the situation which is appalling. We get a phone call during the cruise after we complained about where the dinner was. He explained we were on the wrong boat and we won't be getting dinner. He stated that we could get a refund ONLY if we didn't leave a negative review. He says I have the power to issue a refund or NOT. He was so arrogant, egotistical and a liar. In the end he refused a refund and I was forced out of principal to lodge a complaint with the Qatar Tourism Authority as I wanted Imran to take ownership of the complaint. They offered a partial refund only in the end, so I lodged a second complaint to get the full refund. He fought right to the end to deny us. It's ironic that he openly agreed that they made a mistake you blackmailed the customer to not leave a review. The purpose of a honest review is to allow future customers to learn of the experiences of others. I will not be bullied or blackmailed into leaving a dishonest review or no review at all because of a tour operator. Imran needed to take ownership of the mistake and deal with it professionally, not hold a customer to ransom. Plenty of other companies out there to use for this tour. The case is now closed but no apology at all Qatar International tours so I fear it is just water off a ducks back and they will continue as they always do.

Once we became aware of the issue, we investigated the matter internally, including reviewing the available CCTV footage. The footage showed our staff member, Emran, approaching you politely, apologizing for the confusion, and offering you water while trying to assist with the situation. Unfortunately, the interaction did not proceed as positively as we had hoped. Regarding the refund, we would also like to clarify that **we issued you a full refund**, despite not having received any official notification or requirement to do so at that stage. We did this because our priority was to resolve the matter fairly and ensure that you were not financially disadvantaged because of the mistake. We sincerely apologize for the operational error. Mistakes can happen, but we take responsibility for correcting them and improving our procedures so that our guests do not face the same situation again. We also respectfully disagree with the characterization that our staff attempted to "blackmail" you or deliberately hold your refund to prevent a negative review. That is not how we wish to conduct our business, and we would never want a guest to feel pressured about expressing their genuine opinion. We are sorry that this incident affected your holiday and hope that, despite this unfortunate experience, you were able to enjoy the rest of your time in Qatar. We wish you all the best.
