An excellent way to get to know Miami

A very beautiful experience to see Miami from another perspective. The bay tour offers excellent views of the millionaires' homes, the marinas, the port, and the impressive yachts. The tour was pleasant, entertaining, and perfect for taking photos and enjoying the scenery. I recommend it for those visiting Miami or who want to have a good time on the bay.

Response from the operator: ¡Muchas gracias por compartir tu experiencia!

Never Again!!! Book direct with company.

It was terrible. I paid $140 for my tickets and when I got there, they said it was sold out. They said that.Viator is a third-party company. Therefore I did not get to get on that cruise. I was offered a later cruise which I took, but it was very disappointing because it was dark at that point.

Response from the operator: Hi Sheree, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience fell short of expectations and that your departure time was delayed until after dark. Providing a smooth boarding process and an exceptional Miami Sunset Cruise experience is always our priority. We appreciate your feedback regarding check-in timing and arrival clarity, and we are actively updating our pre-arrival instructions across all booking platforms so check-in expectations are completely clear before purchase. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. If you would like to discuss your reservation further, please reach out to our management team directly at islandqueen@islandqueencruises.com.

Good trip but poor booking process

Great trip but booking system was difficult. I was not told to arrive 20 minutes early so we got bumped to a later boat. Annoying

Response from the operator: Hi Wendy, Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that you had a great time out on the water, but we are truly sorry for the frustration caused by the check-in confusion. We know how frustrating it is to have your schedule disrupted, and missing your initial departure is definitely not the smooth start we want for our guests. We are currently updating our booking confirmations and pre-arrival communications to ensure check-in times and arrival expectations are crystal clear before guests head our way. We appreciate your patience with our team on-site in getting you out on the next boat, and we hope to welcome you back again for a seamless experience from start to finish!

    So much fun!

Sit on the right side of the boat upstairs so you can get the best views and videos of the homes. It was a nice trip!

Response from the operator: It was a pleasure having you on board! Let’s cruise again soon and uncover more of the beauty along Millionaire’s Row at Bayside.

    This tour is worth every...

This tour is worth every penny. A nice experience to have while in Miami. The mansions are silly but the boat is spacious and they sell refreshments.

Response from the operator: We're delighted to hear that you found the tour to be worth every penny and enjoyed your time exploring Miami from the water. Thanks for discovering Miami’s gems with us! We're glad you found the vessel spacious and were able to relax and enjoy the experience along the way. Island Queen Cruises can’t wait to host your next waterfront escape and welcome you back aboard for another memorable cruise through Biscayne Bay.

Sunset Cruise: Miami Millionaire’s Row Sightseeing Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Miami.

How much does Sunset Cruise: Miami Millionaire’s Row Sightseeing Tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $5 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Miami usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Sunset Cruise: Miami Millionaire’s Row Sightseeing Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Miami is not rushed.

Is Sunset Cruise: Miami Millionaire’s Row Sightseeing Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Miami, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Sunset Cruise: Miami Millionaire’s Row Sightseeing Tour?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Sunset Cruise: Miami Millionaire’s Row Sightseeing Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Sunset Cruise: Miami Millionaire’s Row Sightseeing Tour?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Miami can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Miami and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Sunset Cruise: Miami Millionaire’s Row Sightseeing Tour start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Miami within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Miami?

    +

Miami splits between the water and the neighbourhoods. Biscayne Bay boat tours, Key Biscayne snorkelling and Everglades airboats cover the first, while Wynwood mural walks, Little Havana food crawls and South Beach deco tours cover the second. We rank Everglades operators carefully: many depart from Miami but the good ones run their own boats rather than reselling seats. On Outty we rank every Miami experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include 2 hrs Miami Private Boat with Cooler, Ice, Bluetooth Stereo, Little Havana Food and Walking Tour in Miami, Miami: 2 Hour Private Yacht Cruise. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Miami?

    +

November to April, dry season, before hurricane and humidity months. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Miami?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
