Taj Mahal day tour was amazing
Best thing we could of done was to book a tour guide. Moshan Khan was absolutely amazing. He was so informative, polite and very challenged in making our visit pleasant. Definitely recommend

An activity-filled day
We certainly got more than we expected with this tour! The day started when we got picked up from outside our accommodation in South Delhi by our driver in a comfortable SUV at 6am and we got on the road to Agra. The SUV was stocked with bottled water and snacks. Because of the fog we couldn’t see a lot but there wasn’t much traffic either. We had booked the sunrise tour but initially because of the fog we started later at 6am. The fog meant that the road wasn’t as safe to drive; however the fog had lifted by the day we went but it didn’t make much difference anyway. It was about 3 hours to Agra and our driver pointed out significant sights along the way. His English wasn’t the best though so it was challenging to understand at times. We did stop at a chai truck stop and had a chai tea and went to the toilet which was a good stop. We then stopped at a restaurant for breakfast (which wasn’t included in the tour) which wasn’t the best as the toilets weren’t the nicest but the food was good. We met our English-speaking tour guide there. Then we got dropped off at the Taj Mahal entrance and got a private electric rickshaw (an additional small cost as there are complimentary ones at the Taj but there was a queue for them) which took less than 5 mins and waited in very short queues to do our admission and get our bags x-rayed and patted down. Inside the Taj was beautiful, our guide Farhan was very knowledgeable and had great English, he answered all our questions, knew the best places to take pictures and took about 1,000 of us!! We were there for about an hour and a half in total and we felt like we saw all we wanted to see. Plus we got the history and the detail of the Taj. Then we went to a tile making shop where we met ancestors of the people who built the Taj. Note that we were offered to purchase things so be aware that’s likely the end goal if you get taken there. Then we had a tour of Agra Fort and again beautiful picture spots and history. All the admission tickets were taken care of. Then we asked to be taken to a souvenir shop where we were able to purchase small souvenirs. They did offer to do a textile demonstration but again I believe there would be some selling at the end so we said no. Then it was to lunch at a restaurant called Taj Mahal and we had thali which was absolutely delicious. We were a bit confused as we weren’t given menus and the food arrived without any explanation, but it was fine as the food was yum. We said goodbye to our tour guide at the restaurant and then made our journey back to Delhi. We stopped at a toilet stop along the way where there were monkeys which one climbed on the car! We got back to Delhi around 7pm. All in all, a great day and excellent value for money. I have given a 4 because the English of our driver wasn’t very good and we didn’t get a run down of the itinerary at the start of the day so had no idea what we were doing and when, other than the Taj visit and lunch.

Very informative and organized tour
The tour was magnificent, very informative and organized. Mr. Kalim our tour guide gave us an in depth info about taj mahal and agra fort. And our driver mr vishan drives us safely point to point. All in all it was an easy and unforgetable experience.

I Booked A Tour From Rosa Travel I Called Faisal To Confirm My Tour And He Was Very Quick To Respond. We Start From Our Hotel At Half Past 2 And We Reached Agra Around Half Past 5. On Arrival In Agra We Met Our Tour Guide Mohsin He Greeted Us With Our Names And He Took Us To Taj Mahal Where He Explained Us About The Taj Mahal. Mk Was Very Knowledgeable After The Taj Mahal he Took Us To Agra Fort And Baby Taj.. We Both Enjoyed This Trip.. We Will Definitely Come Soon Back With Our Family.
