Marvel at the spectacular beauty of this monument to love.Our driver will pick you up within Delhi at around 3am to begin this full-day Agra trip. You’ll arrive at approximately 6am, just in time for a great view of the sunrise. Visit the Taj Mahal, a UNESCO World Heritage site at sunrise. This white-marble world wonder was built by a great emperor in memory of his beloved Wife. After you can have your Breakfast in Nice Restaurant, then you'll visit the imposing Agra Fort (another UNESCO World Heritage site), built by Emperor Akbar in 1565 CE. This huge fort is made of red sandstone and features elegant buildings. Later visit the Itmad-ud-Daula(Baby Taj) Which is a Mughal mausoleum in Agra. Often described as a jewel box or "Baby Taj" the tomb of I'timad-ud-Daulah is often regarded as a draft of the Taj Mahal.Later Enjoy the Agra Bazaar tour which is known for its fabulous handicrafts, made of marble and soft-stone inlay work. The Mughals were great patrons of arts and crafts. Empress Nur Jahan took personal interest and was an accomplished artist herself in zari embroidery work. Excellent Sunrise Taj Mahal Tour!
I had an incredible sunrise trip to the Taj Mahal organized by Holiday Tours and Travels. Everything was perfectly arranged from pickup to drop-off. Our driver Mr. Papu was very professional, punctual, and drove very safely. The car was clean and comfortable, making the early morning journey from Delhi to Agra very pleasant. Beyond my expectations!
This was a wonderful tour, beyond my expectations! Our driver arrived at our hotel on time, just before 2:30 am. He was very professional, spoke excellent English and was polite and welcoming. His car was immaculate and comfortable and his driving was skillful, safe and competent. My travelling companion and I were able to nap in the back seat on the 3-1/2 hour drive from Delhi to Agra, which took the edge off such an early start. Our guide met us in Agra, where we went directly to the Taj Mahal, in time for a lovely sunrise. He, too, spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable about the history, culture, architecture and other aspects of this amazing place. As we toured all parts of the Taj Mahal, both outside and inside, he explained many details about the building and its grounds. He had some knowledge of the natural history -- plants and birds -- that also held our interest. There was plenty of time to explore and ask questions as well as take photographs and I never felt rushed. We were taken to a restaurant for a leisurely breakfast, which we paid for, as expected, Then we moved on to the Red Fort, which was another very interesting tour, with lots of detail from our guide and more opportunities to ask questions and take photos. Later in the day, we were taken to another restaurant and served a delicious, multi-course lunch, which was included as part of the cost of the ticket. My friend and I are both avid birders, which we shared with both our driver and guide. On the return trip to Delhi, our driver, of his own volition, stopped several times along the way to allow us to spot birds as well as a herd of Nilgai (also known as blue cows, a type of wild antelope) in some of the fields alongside the highway. While it made for a longer day for our driver, this kindness allowed us to add several new birds to our life lists, an unexpected and much appreciated bonus on this already amazing day. I would recommend this tour without hesitation!

Sunrise Tour: Taj Mahal and Red Fort, Delhi to Agra, return
Awesome day that exceeded expectations! Our ride was on time, in fact, slightly early. The car was pristine and our driver was polite, knowledgeable, safe and competent. We were able to nap in the car on the way to Agra, which took the edge off a very early start. Our guide met us in Agra. He was very knowledgeable on many aspects of the Taj Mahal and Red Fort and the culture of the time. He gave us plenty of time to enjoy the beauty of both sites and take photographs, while at the same time pointing out so many interesting details. We never felt rushed. We were able to have a leisurely breakfast, which we paid for, as expected. An amazing multi-course lunch was provided as part of the cost of the ticket and, again, there was no rush. My travelling companion and I are both avid birders and, on the return trip to Delhi, our driver, of his own volition, stopped the car several times to allow us to spot birds along the way. This added several new species to our life lists and was an unexpected bonus on this trip. Both our driver and guide spoke excellent English and both were very enjoyable company. I would recommend this tour without hesitation.
