The Most Authentic Indian Yoga School in Phuket! Amazing Beach Yoga & Sound Healing in Phuket Thailand
If you are looking for an authentic yoga school in Phuket, look no further than Aadi Yoga & Sound Healing Center in Patong. I recently completed their basic yoga course, and the entire experience was deeply transformative.What sets this center apart is the authenticity of the teachers—all of the instructors are traditional yogis from Rishikesh, India, bringing true Himalayan lineages and genuine knowledge to Thailand. During my time here, I participated in three main programs: Basic Yoga Course: Perfect for both beginners and intermediate practitioners. The instructors focus heavily on breathwork, proper alignment, and gentle flows. Sunrise Beach Yoga: Practicing beach yoga at Patong Beach while watching the sunrise was a magical experience. Listening to the real ocean waves while meditating is something I will never forget. Sound Therapy Sessions: Their private sound healing sessions using Himalayan singing bowls provided incredible emotional release, stress relief, and deep relaxation. This is hands-down the best place for a digital detox and wellness in Phuket. Highly recommended for anyone wanting traditional Indian yoga and professional sound bath therapy! 10/5 stars

Great experience, patient instructor, easy to find and really relaxing! I’m a beginner and still managed to keep up so I had a great time!

A wonderful way to start the day
Fantastic instructor ,definitely got us out of our comfort zones but with clear guided instructions .A beautiful holistic approach at a perfect time in the morning ,on the beach .
