Our best half-day trip in Chiang Mai so far
This was the best half-day trip (and our first 5-star review too) in Chiang Mai. They're the best provider we've booked with so far. We found the uphill parts hard, but still enjoyed the challenge and thought that it was all worth it for the joy of the downhill parts and the scenery. We also felt assured that the pick-up truck followed us and we could choose to rest if we wanted to. Because of the challenge with biking, we felt extra refreshed at the sticky waterfalls; it's a must-visit! They provided a complimentary drink (coffee/matcha/smoothie) before the trip, plenty of refreshing fruits, cold water, electrolytes, and even tissue and wet wipes throughout the trip. Our guide, Kom, also frequently took photos and videos while we biked and sent it just a few hours after the trip. The only thing that could be improved was the lunch; we didn't enjoy the food there. A few of the helmets also smelled a bit, but that didn't affect the overall experience.

Best experience! awesome ride through the jungle with knowledgable and experienced guides! They were so helpful and I learned so much throughout the ride! Snacks and lunch were delicious!

Best Bike trip company in Chiang Mai
This was our second trip with Lek and Kung. They are great. The route was fantastic with wonderful scenery, appropriate amount of challenging hills, well thought out breaks and almost zero cars! Their local knowledge and attention to our safety and wellbeing were unparalleled. The two of them are great riders and also wonderful guides. They both took wonderful pictures of us during the ride which will provide memories into the future. We are planning to do another ride with them when we come back to Chiang Mai next year. I would highly recommend Trailhead to anyone who wants any level of outdoor activity.

Great Family Biking Day
We had a great time with our guides Lek, Kom & Chai. Our family (two kids 8 and 12) did the Sticky Waterall trek. It was challenging, with large uphills, but the guides warned us and gave our youngest a lift in the van through the hardest part. The single track through the rainforest, the red hills, and the bat cave were awesome. We also experienced heavy rains during the second half, which double the fun! If you like biking, this is definitely the best way to get to the sticky waterfall.
