The tour guide didnt show up. We didnt get a tour.
Response from the operator: We are very sorry for this experience. Unfortunately, we did not receive your reservation in our booking system, and therefore we were not aware that you were expecting to join the tour. For this reason, the tour did not operate that day. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we tried to contact you several times via WhatsApp and phone. We also offered you a **complimentary dinner cruise with live music, worth €100**, as compensation, but unfortunately we did not receive a response. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and regret that we were unable to resolve the situation with you directly.
