Bunch of crooks!! avoid at all costs
We had booked this activity for a family of seven, we paid €740, on the day of the event we had no news from the provider or any driver. After 2 hours of waiting, the driver contacted us to tell us that he did not have his phone on him and that he had not seen that we had booked. We therefore turned to Viator to demand a refund and we learned two days later that the provider refused to refund us! I suggest you rent a vehicle and go to La Soufrière yourself, it will cost you much less

Dishonest, Fraudsters
The tour operator is a liar. I booked a private experience for $650. A water taxi picked me up with three other couples and none of the promised amenities. When I declined to accept the obviously lower level experience they promised a refund which they denied through this platform.
Response from the operator: We’re sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with your experience. We would like to clarify that private and shared services are clearly defined in the booking details on Viator. In some cases, transportation to the vessel may be arranged via water taxi, depending on logistics and sea conditions. That said, we regret that expectations were not aligned and that this led to frustration. Transparency is important to us, and we are reviewing how this experience is explained to guests to avoid any confusion going forward. Thank you for sharing your concerns.

Best of St Lucia - well organized and so worth it!
Our tour guides Jamango, Beckett, & Kevin were the absolute best! We booked this private tour last minute on the same day we took it and it was so well organized. All the guides were knowledgeable, accommodating, and gave us the best experience possible! Our family travels often and we would highly recommend this tour. Make sure to bring your camera as the scenery is beautiful with so many spots for photo ops.
Response from the operator: Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear you had such a great experience and that our team helped make your time in St. Lucia special. Your support means a lot to us, and we hope to see you again on your next visit!

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Rodney Bay?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
