Unique custom experiences in Croatia
Our experience with BLKN could not have been better. Alex was amazing from our first communication. He was responsive, detailed, flexible, and offered great suggestions to enhance our visit. We ended up doing two transfers. The first was from Dubrovnik to Split with Mario. On the way, we stopped off at Skurla winery for wine and charcuterie (thanks Mia !), then we had the most incredible private experience with Denis who treated us to the freshest oysters and mussels that we have ever had ! These stops were Alex's suggestions and he arranged all the details for us. They were a highlight of our whole trip and without Alex we would have missed them completely. Our second transfer was from Split to Zagreb with plenty of time to visit Plitvice Lakes on the way (Amazing !). We left Split early to beat the crowds and Alex gave us detailed instructions for how to navigate the park in order to see as many of the top sights as possible in the time we had available. Both Alex and Mario were punctual, friendly, full of facts and anecdotes about Croatia and generally wonderful company. We felt very lucky and quite pampered ! If you are visiting Croatia, these are the folks that you want to go with !
Response from the operator: Hi Peter, Thank you so much for your incredible review! It was a true pleasure helping you plan and enjoy your journey through Croatia. I’m so glad the private transfers, stops at the winery and oyster experience, and the visit to Plitvice Lakes made your trip even more special—and that you felt well taken care of every step of the way. It was great working with you, and I’m thrilled that both Mario and I could be part of your Croatian adventure. We’d love to welcome you back anytime—there’s always more to discover! Best regards, Alex

A full service travel aid in Croatia
In addition to taking this tour, we hired them to provide private transportation in between cities in Croatia and Slovenia. The guides and drivers were very nice in addition to being very punctual. The owner kept in constant contact with us to let us know ahead of time the driver or guides name and when and where would be picked up. The drivers would often suggest an additional stop, which were wonderful suggestions. I would highly recommend this business for any of your travel needs in Croatia I would recommend this organization for any travel needs in Croatia. They were very open to last-minute changes.

Limitless Balkan exceeded my expectations!
Aleksandar of Limitless Balkan picked up Heather and I in Split, and on a glorious day with the top down on the convertible, we took the beautiful roads less traveled to Plitvice Lakes. There, we were met by Nikoli, who expertly guided us through the upper and lower lakes. Heather had never been to Plitvice Lakes, and she was completely WOWED! In my opinion, Plitvice Lakes is the crown jewel of Croatia. Afterward, Aleksandar drove us back to Zagreb. He secured our hotel reservation at the Astoria and even dropped us off at dinner. The next morning, another guide was waiting in the lobby to give us a walking tour of Zagreb. We were at the cannon when it went off, and although I had warned Heather, she still jumped a mile high! We ended the tour at the main square and were extraordinarily lucky to witness Baby Lasagna welcoming his fans after returning from the Eurovision contest. Rim Tim Tagi Dim! Overall, this trip could not have been any better. Aleksandar planned it from start to finish and every aspect of the trip was perfect. He answered all of my questions promptly and was just as kind as could be. I highly recommend Limitless Balkan to any explorer who wants to experience the true beauty of Croatia. Thank You Aleksandar! 🤩😎🥰
Response from the operator: Dear Leslie, What to say… BIG Thank You for Your trust and for the most wonderful words! It is always a pleasure to have You here. I'm thrilled Heather loved Plitvice Lakes and that you both enjoyed all the special moments, from the cannon to Baby Lasagna’s welcome. Your recommendation is greatly appreciated! Till next time! Best, Aleksandar

Is Split to Zagreb Private Transfer with Plitvice Lakes tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 47 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable outdoors in Split, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Is Split to Zagreb Private Transfer with Plitvice Lakes tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Split to Zagreb Private Transfer with Plitvice Lakes tour?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Split can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Split and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Split within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Split?
+
On Outty we rank every Split experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Split Small-Group Walking Tour with a Magister of History, Split Walking Tour with Professor of History, From Split: Krka Waterfalls, Food & Wine Tasting Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Split?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Split?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
