Cancelled at late notice
Even though we had been into the booking office to check the sailing earlier in the day they cancelled 1 hour before saying due to weather conditions when though the weather was fine. There had been a few drops of rain earlier in the day.

Meeting point is almost...
Meeting point is almost as described - we asked another tour and they advised we went to Gray Line; good job as this was where we were checked in. Pleasant boat trip for the sunset. A drink was provided (although not champagne!). Bring your own drinks if this isn't to your liking.
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the sunset boat trip and appreciate your comments regarding the meeting point and refreshments. Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve the guest experience. Kind regards, Šugaman Tours

Good cruise poor admin
Joining instructions were wrong. The address was incorrect. When correct kiosk was found the lady was v unfriendly and disinterested, almost rude. Checking names was chaotic & unclear. The actual cruise was v good & good value for money
Response from the operator: Thank you for your honest feedback. We're really sorry to hear about the confusion and your experience at the meeting point, that’s certainly not the impression we want to leave. We’ll review the instructions and speak with the team to ensure things are clearer and more welcoming in the future. We're glad to hear you still enjoyed the cruise itself and found it good value. We appreciate you taking the time to share both the positives and areas for improvement.

How far in advance should I book Split: Panoramic Sightseeing Boat Tour with Glass of Champagne?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Split and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Split: Panoramic Sightseeing Boat Tour with Glass of Champagne start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Split within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Split?
+
On Outty we rank every Split experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Split Small-Group Walking Tour with a Magister of History, Split Walking Tour with Professor of History, From Split: Krka Waterfalls, Food & Wine Tasting Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Split?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Split?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
