Informative & Interesting
Our family of 4 adults did the standard museum tour and paid for the additional olive oil tasting experience. While some of the reviews are correct in describing the museum isn’t technically a museum, it does provide interesting information about the historical and current approaches for growing, picking, processing olives and producing different kinds of olive oil in Croatia. But by far the highlight was the tasting experience which was an enjoyable and informative activity. Ines was very knowledgeable and made the experience fun. Some additional advice is to visit the incredible Klis Fortress before or after visiting the Olive Oil Museum.

Olive Oil tasting was worth the additional few euros
We did the olive oil tasting at Stella Croatica, led by Luka, and it was excellent. Luka was fantastic — knowledgeable, engaging and really good at explaining everything in a way that made it interesting for all of us. Even the kids loved it and came away understanding much more about olive oil and what good olive oil should actually taste like. The setting is beautiful, and there are lots of other goodies to discover too. We were able to taste and try plenty of the different products before deciding what we wanted to buy, which was great. We ended up leaving with quite a lot! What we particularly appreciated was that there was absolutely no hard sell or pressure to buy anything. A really enjoyable experience and definitely worth visiting.

Lovely little tour and fantastic products to try and buy
A brilliant tour and amazing guide in Petra, who was extremely kind, polite, funny and knowledgeable. The place is immaculate also and the products amazing.

Excellent time
We had a great time. The lunch was one the best I've had on tour. The Olive museum was fun. The shop was great, I wish I had picked up more soaps. The staff treated us so very well. I only wish the website was easier to purchase more from them.
