I’m so glad we did!

We were offered this activity at our hotel for $80 USD per person, and honestly, we thought it was pretty expensive. Since my friends were still really excited to try the speedboat experience, we decided to look around for other options and found this one on Tripadvisor. The price was much more affordable, and even after paying the taxes here, we only paid $69 USD in total. We absolutely loved the experience! 🚤🌊 The reef was amazing, the ride was so much fun, and the whole activity was definitely worth it. If you’re thinking about trying a speedboat, you have to do it! We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bad Service, Will not return

IT WAS HORRIBLE!!! WE ARRIVED AT THE LOCATION AND WERE DENIED ENTRY. They let a family in front of us use enter but then told us we were too late after standing in line for 20mins. Refused to give our money back or let us partake in a you the activities, I will never use Viator or this company again

Furthermore, the details of your reservation and pick-up arrangements were communicated to you approximately 24 hours in advance, giving you the opportunity to review the applicable conditions and raise any concerns before arriving at our facilities. When you expressed your disagreement, you were offered the option to request a cancellation in accordance with the applicable booking terms. However, upon arriving at our facilities, the situation escalated. According to the reports provided by our staff, you behaved aggressively toward our manager and other team members who were present to assist you. The incident became serious enough that emergency medical assistance and the intervention of the authorities had to be requested. We sincerely regret that this situation occurred. Disagreements regarding booking conditions or additional charges do not justify threats, aggression, or behavior that puts other people at risk. An Unforgettable Family Adventure in Cancun

This activity was one of the best experiences we had in Cancun. My family was absolutely fascinated, especially my son, who enjoyed every single moment. The thrill of speeding through the lagoon and then heading out into the ocean was simply incredible. Visiting the reefs afterward made the experience even more special. It is important to pay close attention to the driving instructions before starting, but they are very simple and easy to understand. Once you get going, it is all about fun and adventure. I highly recommend this activity to anyone visiting Cancun. You definitely won't regret it!
