Busiest Park with a few thrill rides
Magic Kingdom feels much more like a park geared toward younger kids, and it was definitely the busiest park during our trip. Most of the rides seemed aimed at families with small children, with the main exceptions being TRON Lightcycle / Run and Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, which were the best options for thrill rides. Space Mountain felt a bit outdated, and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad was closed for refurbishment when we visited. We also didn’t get a chance to ride Jungle Cruise. Overall, the park was extremely crowded. During the Mickey and Minnie stage shows, the main area was packed, and the fireworks at night were even more intense — it was so busy that it was hard to move at all. If you’re not focused on the classic Disney experience, this park can feel overwhelming due to the crowds.
