Expanish Madrid is the place to learn and belong
Expanish Madrid in Salamanca is not just a school! It's a family that you join to learn Spanish! The staff are super helpful, kind, and passionate about what they do. In the one week we were there, we not only enhanced on comprehension and speaking skills, we learned quite a bit about the Spanish culture and made many friends!
Response from the operator: ¡Muchas gracias, Molly y Andy! Thank you so much for this wonderful review — it truly made our day! :) We absolutely love how you described Expanish Madrid — not just as a school, but as a family. That's exactly what we strive to be every single day, and hearing it from you means the world to us. We're thrilled that in just one week you were able to grow your comprehension and speaking skills, dive into Spanish culture, and — most importantly — make great friends along the way. That's the Expanish magic! We hope our paths cross again soon. You'll always have a home here in Madrid. ¡Hasta pronto!

• An Unforgettable Start to My Spanish Journey
Starting this language journey in beautiful Madrid was such a great experience. From day one, I was welcomed by so much energy and enthusiasm, which made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was incredibly motivating, with people who are truly passionate about learning and teaching. The teachers are highly engaged and supportive, and you can really see how much they care about helping you progress and reach your goal of learning Spanish in an effective and meaningful way. I felt so inspired by this experience that I’ve already booked my next course—this time for a longer stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn Spanish in a fun, motivating, and truly effective environment.

My opinion
I thought it was good but the apartment we got was extremely cold and was in a bad erea. Also in the beginning the level i was supposed to be in was full, so I had to be at a really easy level… It was really weird. The teachers was good but the apartment we got had problem and didn’t look like the pictures at al, so we wanted to change but than we needed to pay more. I thought that was really odd.
Response from the operator: ¡Hola, Saga! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found the teachers to be good, but we’re truly sorry that other aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding the apartment, we regret that it felt cold and did not match what you expected based on the photos. While all of our apartments are located in residential areas that we consider safe and suitable for students, we understand that comfort and perception can vary from person to person. We’re also sorry if the process of requesting a change and the associated costs felt odd or frustrating, and we appreciate you highlighting this so we can better explain and review how these situations are handled. As for the class level at the beginning, we apologize for the inconvenience of not being placed in your intended level right away. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and your comments help us identify where we can improve our organization and communication. Thank you again for your honest feedback—it’s very valuable to us. We hope we get the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and provide a smoother, more comfortable experience. ¡Un abrazo!

Very good experience!
I really liked the school, the teachers were very friendly and the reception staff was always willing to help. Almost every day, great activities were organized to get to know each other and create a pleasant atmosphere at school. The location is very good! Classrooms are a little small for the number of students, especially in beginner classes, and the tiered distribution should be stricter. I definitely recommend it.
Response from the operator: ¡Hola, Edith!

Why this scores 64
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Spanish Group Course in Madrid, Spain: 20 Lessons: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Madrid.
How much does Spanish Group Course in Madrid, Spain: 20 Lessons cost?
+
Prices start at $275 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Madrid usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Spanish Group Course in Madrid, Spain: 20 Lessons take?
+
Plan for about 120 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Madrid is not rushed.
Is Spanish Group Course in Madrid, Spain: 20 Lessons worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 64 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 13 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Madrid, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Spanish Group Course in Madrid, Spain: 20 Lessons?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Spanish Group Course in Madrid, Spain: 20 Lessons suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 120-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Spanish Group Course in Madrid, Spain: 20 Lessons?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Madrid can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Madrid and add a light layer if any part of the 120-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Spanish Group Course in Madrid, Spain: 20 Lessons start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Madrid within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Madrid?
+
On Outty we rank every Madrid experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Madrid Essential: Historic Center, Plaza Mayor & Royal Palace, Madrid Walking Tour from Puerta del Sol to Retiro Park, Madrid Oscuro: Torture, Ghosts, Crimes and Legends. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Madrid?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Madrid?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
