We had a really amazing food tour with Noel. We went for my dad's 80th bday and he made it extra special. He was super knowledgable, interactive and fun. All our stops were tasty, we all had different favorites! Mine was the gelato! Definitely recommend and ask for Noel!

His knowledge, interactive style, and sense of fun are a wonderful combination, and we’ll be sure to share your kind words with him. Tour guide never showed up

Nobody showed up. They didn't even have the decency to contact me to tell me the tour was not going ahead. They also have not bothered to contact me to apologise or offer compensation for my getting to the meeting point and all of my time they wasted.

Response from the operator: We’re very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced, and we apologize for the miscommunication. We did reach out to the Hotmail email address provided with your booking on the morning of the tour, which was scheduled for 4pm, to let you know that you were the only guest booked. In that email, we offered options to rebook you onto another tour or receive a refund since we do not run 1 person tours as discussed in our policies. Unfortunately, it appears our message did not reach you or may have been filtered into your spam or junk folder. When we did not hear back from you, we also offered a prompt refund that same day. We certainly never intended for you to travel to the meeting point without knowing the status of the tour, and we regret that our email did not reach you as intended. As a small, local business, we take communication and guest service very seriously. We hope you’ll reconsider the one-star review, particularly since we did make an effort to contact you in advance at the email address provided and offered a refund that same day. We understand, however, how disappointing the situation must have been from your perspective. Bobby's Bike, Hike & Food Tours is proud to be ranked Top 20 in the World, and providing a positive guest experience is extremely important to us. We hope we have another opportunity to welcome you on our South Beach Food Tour, Miami Beach Food Tour, or another Food Tour in Miami Beach and show you why our experiences are among the most memorable Things to do on Miami Beach.

Food and Fun in South Beach!

Noel was a wonderful guide! Very energetic, informative and accommodating for our small group. We had a couple of people who needed extra time due to having a cane and scooter, and he was patient and helpful to make everyone comfortable. We enjoyed the tastings and history at each stop. We never felt rushed or coveted a lot in a small walking distance. It's about 1.5 miles stop and go but my 78 mom who is fairly active but has some immobility issues was able to manage with her cane. The tour was about two hours and we felt full enough to postpone dinner for later. Five stars for a fun and enjoyable experience!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful five-star review! We're thrilled to hear that Noel made your experience so memorable with his energy, knowledge, and thoughtful approach to ensuring everyone in your group felt comfortable. It means a lot to us that he was patient and accommodating, making sure every guest could enjoy the experience at their own pace. We're especially happy to hear that your mom was able to comfortably complete the tour and that the tastings and local history made for such an enjoyable afternoon. Hearing that you left satisfied enough to postpone dinner is one of the best compliments we can receive! Thank you for recommending our South Beach Food Tour. We’re delighted that your experience showcased why it’s one of the best options for a Miami Beach Food Tour and a memorable Food Tour in Miami Beach. We truly appreciate you highlighting the accessibility of the route, as that can be so helpful for future guests looking for Things to do on Miami Beach. We’re also proud that Bobby's Bike, Hike & Food Tours are ranked Top 20 in the World, and reviews like yours inspire us to continue creating exceptional experiences. What are the best things to do in Miami?

    +

Miami splits between the water and the neighbourhoods. Biscayne Bay boat tours, Key Biscayne snorkelling and Everglades airboats cover the first, while Wynwood mural walks, Little Havana food crawls and South Beach deco tours cover the second. We rank Everglades operators carefully: many depart from Miami but the good ones run their own boats rather than reselling seats. On Outty we rank every Miami experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include 2-Hour Miami Private Boat Tour: Skyline & Star Island, The Official Art Deco Walking Tour by The Miami Design Preservation League, Little Havana Food and Walking Tour in Miami. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Miami?

    +

November to April, dry season, before hurricane and humidity months. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Miami?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
