The tour includes the arrival in Sorrento, a city founded by the ancient Greeks. You will have the opportunity to make stops along the curves of the coast along the way, admiring the panoramic view and taking countless photos. In this city you can visit various attractions, such as: the Vallone dei Mulini, a place of great naturalistic charm whose formation dates back to about 35,000 years ago. Your booked said start time at 8:30. Driver showed up at 9:30. You get 1 hour in Sorrento. Not enough time to shop and have lunch. Wanted to to lunch but would cost an extra 60Euro for time. This is not really a tour just a car to drive you. Don't be fooled!
Response from the operator: Dear Beth, we are sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations. Please note that the “Sorrento Tour with Limoncello tasting from Naples” includes, as clearly stated in the description, about one hour of free time in Sorrento, the limoncello tasting experience, and the return to Naples. Lunch is not included in the tour; however, when all participants in a shared tour wish to stop for lunch, it is possible with an additional charge, as the vehicle and driver must remain available during that time. We apologize for any delay at the start and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future for a better experience. Kind regards, Aiana Travel

A lot of money for absolutely nothing.
The driver picked us up near our hotel and drove 2 hours to Sorrento. Dropped us off in the city center and said I’ll pick you up here in an hour. Then drove us to Limoncello factory which was not operating that day. We got one small sample drink of limoncello. He took us to the gift shop and said I’ll meet you in 40 minutes. Then he drove us back to Naples. For the amount we paid, there really was no tour. Very disappointing!!
Response from the operator: Hi, we are sorry for this situation but unfortunately it was not our fault. In the package you booked there are all the details and it is written that in Sorrento you would have had an hour. If the factory was closed it is not our fault. If the driver took 2 hours to get to Sorrento it is not our fault, the Amalfi Coast is always very busy and there is only one road, there are no shortcuts. We always try to do our best, but if these unpleasant situations happen around us unfortunately we cannot do anything about it. Thanks anyway for choosing us

Fun in Sorrento and limoncello tour and tasting
Tour company accommodated our tight time constraints and setup a private tour for my husband and I. The driver and assistant were professional and very punctual. Car was very nice, clean and comfortable. We had a great time and got to see the beautiful country-side and enjoyed our conversations and enlightenment from our driver. I would highly recommend this tour and will definitely use this tour company next time in Naples!
Response from the operator: Thank you very much and thank you for choosing us

BEST 2 DAYS OF MY LIFE!!
AnnaMaria and her family give the absolute BEST tours!!! We originally only booker this Limoncello tasting in a production facility where we were able to see the process of how the Limoncello is made, along with a beautiful tour of Sorrento. But we had such am amazing experience that when AnnaMaria asked if we wanted to try her favorite farm to table restaurant in the area, we couldn't help but say yes!!! Tony's farm was amazing and he is SO passionate about what he does. The food was unbelievable, and the wine!!! We were so impressed that we canceled our next day's plans and asked AnnaMaria to plan mine & my friends last day together in Italy. SHE DID NOT DISSAPOINT!! A tour of the Pompeii Ruins, along with a ride to the top of a clock tower over looking ALL of Pompeii, which is AnnaMaria's hometown! After we saw that amazing view, she took us inside the Sanctuary Church next to the clock tower and that church was so unbelievably beautiful, my family is from Italy & I'm the first generation to come back since my Greatx4 grandparents. We finished our day with another breathtaking lunch at another farm to table restaurant with a vineyard! Food was astounding, wine was delicious! This family truly goes above and beyond on their tours. We'll worth the money!! I will recommend them to anyone I know coming to Italy, and I will definitely go with them again when I bring my family next time!!

Why this scores 45
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Sorrento Tour with Limoncello tasting from Naples: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Naples.
How much does Sorrento Tour with Limoncello tasting from Naples cost?
+
Prices start at $169 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Naples usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Sorrento Tour with Limoncello tasting from Naples take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Naples is not rushed.
Is Sorrento Tour with Limoncello tasting from Naples worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 45 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Naples, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Sorrento Tour with Limoncello tasting from Naples?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Sorrento Tour with Limoncello tasting from Naples suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Sorrento Tour with Limoncello tasting from Naples?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Naples can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Naples and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Sorrento Tour with Limoncello tasting from Naples start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Naples within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Naples?
+
On Outty we rank every Naples experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full Day Private Amalfi Coast Tour from Sorrento/Naples/Salerno, Caserta Royal Palace & Gardens Small Group Tour with Shuttle, Naples Pizza and Tiramisu Cooking Class. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Naples?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Naples?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
