Exceeded All Expectations
This was a fantastic tour! Highly recommend! We were picked up near where we were staying in Marina Grande and driven to the local port. There is a bar/deli at the port where you can get a drink or a quick bite if you didn't have time before. Once on board the boat you are taken on a beautiful tour around the island in a relaxing, but fun environment. Whether you are on the bow or sitting in back, the captain will turn the boat to make sure you get photos of all the attractions. There were 10 people on our tour. The boat easily accommodated everyone. Our guide, Sara, explained everything along the way, provided drinks, was our personal photographer and told many stories which enhanced the tour. We were given 4 hours to explore Capri and then had a fun boat ride back with more drinks and music. Definitely worth the price!

Best private boat tour EVER!
I opted for this private tour to spend my birthday with friends and, honestly, I could not have made a better choice! From pick up to drop off, everything was superlative: Mario the captain and his assistant Mary were fantastic throughout the tour. Since we happened to have a day with rough seas, Mario's experience and attention ensured that we did not encounter any problems throughout the day. They delighted us with their kindness, professionalism, and always smiling, they assisted us at every moment. As for the boat, we opted for the Raffaelli Shamal and I highly recommend it for its space and onboard comfort. I particularly want to thank the company and especially Mario and Mary who made my day special!

Disappointing customer service
The boat tour itself was pleasant. It included a tour around Capri, a 30-minute stop for swimming, followed by around five hours on the island before we returned by boat. Unfortunately, what happened afterwards completely changed my opinion of this company and their people. I accidentally left my shirt on the boat. I contacted the office only about one hour after leaving the boat and immediately informed them that I had forgotten it, asking if I could come back and collect it. Their response was simply that they would check but finally responded that had not found it. I find this absolutely unacceptable and, frankly, hard to believe. How is it possible for an item left inside a boat to simply “disappear” when the company is informed only one hour later? It makes sense that a basic search should have been enough to locate a shirt. What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of effort and concern shown by the company. I would have expected them to take the matter seriously and make a genuine effort to find the item. Instead, I was simply told that nothing had been found. At that point, the issue was no longer just about a shirt. It was about trust, professionalism and respect for a customer’s personal belongings. When a customer reports a forgotten item so shortly after leaving, the minimum expectation is that the company will make a serious effort to locate it. This experience left me extremely disappointed and gave me a very negative impression of the company’s attitude towards customers’ belongings. I didn't expect an incident like this happening in a country like Italy. Profoundly was wrong. Pity

A day with new friends
Guido and Salvatore were wonderful. Our boat was all women and one man. The Prosecco kept flowing. We met many new friends from Portugal, Egypt and Norway. And Dakota. Wonderful day. I highly recommend.
