    Pasta making event

The pasta-making class was fun and I learned a lot. The only downsides were that the instruction felt a little scripted, and with just four fryers for a large group, we ended up standing around quite a bit. Overall, though, it was a nice experience.

Quaint, personal, and fun pasta-making experience!

A quaint roadside cooking school just outside Sorrento. They make the experience so accessible by offering a courtesy car to pick you up and get you to your class on time. You are met with a mozzarella demonstration and olive oil tasting…then are guided to a beautiful kitchen space where they have you all prepped to make ravioli and gnocchi and cannelloni. We were novice pasta makers and still relatively successful… we enjoyed the process and the meal we ultimately prepared was really delicious. Appreciated the wine and tiramisu that accompanied! Antonia (I believe was her name) was a wonderful guide, and we now have some skills that we can take home. This was a longer class/process, but great for me and my older teen. There were folks in the space doing a pizza class that was quicker and also lots of fun! Would definitely recommend!

    Handmade pasta

It 'was definitely a good experience, we learned to knead and "create" fresh pasta starting from a simple pile of flour. They taught us all the secrets to pull pasta and to make gnocchi, cannelloni and ravioli. We were really very happy to have attended this lesson
