About this experience
Live a unique experience in an Ancient Villa, built in 1800, owned by my Family, immersed in the scent of citrus fruits and among centuries-old olive trees. In my cooking class you will be guided by a chef to prepare fresh pasta, tagliatelle and ravioli following the true Italian traditions and Tiramisù. After creating your dishes, we will enjoy together the fruit of our work, accompanying it with local specialties and some extras that will make the meal even more special. We will combine the experience with a tasting of extra virgin olive oil and a tasting guided by the Sommelier of a selection of local wines perfectly matched with the dishes cooked, to discover the authentic flavors of our land. Finish the meal with a delicious tiramisu. A perfect experience for those who want to bring home the flavor of the real Sorrentine cuisine, I wait for you under the shade of lemons to cook together! We give you the recipe book and a certificate for free!

Amazing experience!...
Amazing experience! Vittoria was a great host opening up her family Villa to us for the cooking class and wine tasting. She kicked things off with a wine and cheese pairing which was really good and then we made our tiramisu. Next we made two different types of pastas and then went and relaxed outside with amazing views of the gulf. Vittoria then shared with us 3 different wines that paired with our meal. She was very knowledgeable and the wine and food was superb! I would definitely recommend anyone staying in Sorrento to take this class and enjoy the experience.

Family away from family
If I could give this experience more than 5 stars, I would. From the moment we were picked up at our hotel until we were dropped back off, every detail was absolutely exceptional. Being welcomed into a family’s historic home in the hills of Italy was a gift in itself. The home is filled with generations of history, and you immediately feel like you’re being invited in as friends rather than guests. We were greeted with delicious local cheeses and sparkling wine before beginning what became one of the highlights of our entire trip. We learned how to make ravioli, tagliatelle, and tiramisu completely from scratch, and every step was explained with patience, warmth, and genuine passion. The wine we enjoyed came from their own family vineyard, and the olive oil was made from olives grown right on their property. You simply can’t recreate an experience this authentic in a restaurant or cooking school. We were traveling with our five-year-old daughter, who quickly decided cooking wasn’t for her. Without hesitation, they graciously prepared a meal just for her, making sure she felt included and cared for. That level of kindness meant so much to our family. It’s hard to believe this is only their second season hosting guests. The experience was so polished, seamless, and thoughtfully curated that it felt like they had been doing it for decades. Every detail reflected genuine hospitality, pride in their family’s traditions, and a true love of sharing Italian culture. This wasn’t just a cooking class—it was an invitation into someone’s home, heritage, and way of life. It was one of the most memorable experiences we’ve ever had while traveling, and we can’t thank them enough for their generosity, warmth, and unforgettable hospitality. If you’re anywhere near the Amalfi Coast or Sorrento, don’t hesitate. Book this experience. It’s the kind of memory you’ll cherish long after you’ve returned home.

Genuine Family Run Cooking Class
This was the best experience of our trip. I can honestly say I have never written a trip advisor review but I wanted to for Vittoria and Casa Fiorita. What a wonderful cooking class, it was so much fun and delicious. The wine pairing made it even better. You MUST do this if you’re in the area!! She even picked us up and dropped us off. 10/10. This is a such a good deal for what you pay for.

Thoroughly enjoyable experience.
Lovely authentic experience with a local family. Stunning villa and outdoor kitchen facilities. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and wine pairing. My husband would've preferred to actually cook the food and sauce and not just prepare. But perhaps this isn't logistically possible with more people. My only recommendation would be for people to apply bug spray/wear long sleeve clothing as we got bit quite a lot by mosquitos as you are sat amongst the trees/gardens for food. We wish we had known :). I would book this again.

Wow!!
My family went to this cooking class this evening, and I honestly cannot express how incredible it was. I wish I had counted the number of times one of my family members said, “This is amazing” or “this is wonderful” or simply “wow!” as we stepped onto the grounds of their villa that was built in the 1700’s. The hosts were so fun and personable; we immediately felt like part of their family. We learned how to make fettuccine and ravioli, and we have already started planning a family night of pasta making back home. The view while having dinner was so beautiful it felt like a movie. They paired wines from their family vineyard, and the pairings were impeccable. I will finish this review with one word: Wow!!

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
