Cooking class with the best view and meal!!
We loved our cooking experience here. Everything was seamless from the bus transportation to the flow of the class. The most beautiful setting on a cliff overlooking the ocean at sunset. The pizza, ravioli, and tiramisu was DELISH!!! Chef was just wonderful and learned so much. Would definitely come back again with more family and friends if we find ourselves back in Sorrento again.

The Highlight of our Trip
What a beautiful setting, the view, & a 300 year old home! The class was very hands-on & the chef was so charming! Plus, it was the most delicious food.

An absolute highlight!!!
What an absolutely wonderful class to experience. Enzo and his coworkers were amazing, so friendly, kind and fun to be around!! We had such a wonderful time getting to meet everyone… share laughs, enjoy the beautiful view, drink some prosecco and wine and have the opportunity to learn some new skills in the kitchen and then have the pleasure of eating it. We had so much fun learning how to make with the freshest ingredients, the most delicious pizza, ravioli and tiramisu. We thought it was quite fun to get teased about our listening skills or lack thereof. The laughs were endless and we appreciated all of the help keeping our mess on the table and not the floor. His team were excellent helpers and so very sweet and kind. You can tell Enzo cooks with his heart and so much love for not only the food, but the history and pureness of it. It was an absolute joy to learn from him. Can’t recommend this class highly enough… don’t regret missing it … just book it!!!

Cook well, eat fresh, family orientated cooking class in idyllic Sorrento setting! A must!! 5⭐️
We booked this experience unsure of with small kids we were going to ultimately be struggling to keep the kids attention and stop them quarrelling. We were so pleasantly surprised! Our 12, 10 and even 3 year old had an amazing time. The instructions were clear and the setting was so beautiful! The star of the show is Vincenzo, a chef with a family tradition of how to cook, and a wonderful manner and easy to follow cooking style that really made the cooking part great fun. We made a Neapolitan (vegetarian) pizza, a salami and cheese sandwich with fresh bread, some Caprese ravioli (vegetarian), a tiramisu and had a recipe for limoncello! It’s all so easy with the abundance Vincenzo and Maria enjoy in the garden!! I would recommend this trip to anyone interested in cooking/eating Italian food, but especially with young kids, or vegetarians, and even tee-totallers/non-drinkers.

Why this scores 67
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Sorrento Coast: 100% Hands-On Pizza & Pasta Cooking Experience: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Sorrento.
How much does Sorrento Coast: 100% Hands-On Pizza & Pasta Cooking Experience cost?
+
Prices start at $80 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Sorrento usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Sorrento Coast: 100% Hands-On Pizza & Pasta Cooking Experience take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Sorrento is not rushed.
Is Sorrento Coast: 100% Hands-On Pizza & Pasta Cooking Experience worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 67 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Sorrento, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Sorrento Coast: 100% Hands-On Pizza & Pasta Cooking Experience?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Sorrento Coast: 100% Hands-On Pizza & Pasta Cooking Experience suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Sorrento Coast: 100% Hands-On Pizza & Pasta Cooking Experience?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Sorrento can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Sorrento and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Sorrento Coast: 100% Hands-On Pizza & Pasta Cooking Experience start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Sorrento within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Sorrento?
+
On Outty we rank every Sorrento experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Pizza School with Wine and Limoncello Tasting in a Local Farm, Private Amalfi Coast Day Tour from Sorrento or Naples, Sorrento Farm and Food Experience including Olive Oil, Limoncello, Wine tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Sorrento?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Sorrento?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
