Fantastic Experience!
Fantastic experience and no fear factor at all. The whole experience is well worth it. The captain was an entertainer. The hardest part was getting in and out of the basket.

Balloon Ride in Soganli
We had done a balloon ride in Soganli as the ones in Cappadocia were all fully booked. it was beautiful and the scenery amazing, although not as magical as it is in Cappadocia. it is also much cheaper, so if you do want to experience the balloon rides but not spend as much, then this is the option.

DONT DO IT READ THIS SCAM
We booked our tickets months in advance for them to cancel on us a week before reselling our tickets for a higher price and then lying saying they are no longer operating when you can clearly see our tickets back up at double the price

Disgusting company, avoid disappointment and choose someone else!
We booked our balloon trip months ago after we planned our road trip around Türkiye. Three days ago, we received an email to say that the trip had been cancelled. No explanation, nothing. Just that we would receive a refund. The refund is about the only thing they've done right. I've been trying to contact TourMania since our trip was cancelled with zero explanation and they have ignored every form of contact from me. WhatsApp messages have been read and ignored. They read my messages quicker when I write in Turkish 😂 But the messages are still ignored! My emails are ignored too. This company are an absolute sham. Such a shame because we chose them initially as they had such good reviews and they seemed reliable. Absolutely not the case and I'd recommend that you pick someone else otherwise you'll be left as disappointed as us. A simple explanation would have gone a long way here rather than reading and ignoring my messages.
