Don’t use this if you want to snuba

We booked this only for snuba. We were contacted the day before trying to reschedule for afternoon but we already had dinner plans. We were told the water was too bad for snuba. Then after we requested a refund they called and said there are more fish to see in the afternoon. We were not interested in doing an afternoon trip so they rescheduled for the day before we left in the morning again with the promise of snuba in the morning. 30 min before we were to be picked up they texted and said no snuba again and that they would issue a refund. It took 3 weeks and me going to my bank to sign an affidavit to get my money back.

I deserve a refund.

I deserve a refund. We never heard from our operator about the pick-up instructions. Confirmation/description of adventure emails stated pick up at hotel Ocean Blue and Sand at 7am 3/29. We sat and waited for 45 minutes. I called the operator (Star Excursions). No answer but I left message. Operator called back in a few seconds. He said he sent me a Whatsapp message the night before telling me to go to front gate of hotel. Front gate is approx 1/4 to one half mile from hotel lobby. I told him I do not use Whatsapp. He said sorry it's too late they had already left. No other times available the rest of the week. Viator sent me an email at 7:50 am 3/29 with a screen shot of the Whatsapp message from operator. But it was too late by then. So no trip for my family. Very disappointed.

Fun alcohol free time

Excursion stuff was great. Great crew, very fun and our group is a good party boat. The only thing to point out is that according to the advertisement through here, there is Mamajuana, beer, rum, and soft drinks. However the but we were on does not have any alcoholic beverages. So a bit of false advertising but still an enjoyable trip

The driver did not show at the expected time. They called once to say they were 10-15 minutes away, still no show. We called twice and finally 90 minutes after the scheduled time they showed but didn’t bother to greet us. parasailing, snuba and snorkeling was cut a little short to make up time

Snuba Snorkelking Parasailing and Catamaran Pack: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Punta Cana.

How much does Snuba Snorkelking Parasailing and Catamaran Pack cost?

+

Prices start at $3980 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Punta Cana usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Snuba Snorkelking Parasailing and Catamaran Pack take?

+

Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Punta Cana is not rushed.

Is Snuba Snorkelking Parasailing and Catamaran Pack worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 39 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Punta Cana, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Snuba Snorkelking Parasailing and Catamaran Pack?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Snuba Snorkelking Parasailing and Catamaran Pack suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 2. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 6-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Snuba Snorkelking Parasailing and Catamaran Pack?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Punta Cana can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Punta Cana and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Snuba Snorkelking Parasailing and Catamaran Pack start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Punta Cana within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Punta Cana?

+

On Outty we rank every Punta Cana experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Punta Cana Zipline - 8 lines and a suspenseful hanging bridge, Punta Cana Buggy or ATV Tour with Macao Beach, Cave and Tastings, Buggy Excursion to Macau Beach and Natural Cave. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Punta Cana?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Punta Cana?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
