Crystal Bay is, together with Gamat Bay, one of the best sites to go snorkeling in Nusa Penida. Discover the coral and marine life of this beautiful spot, you can see turtles quite regularly, as well as a lot of different fish and very colorful coral. This site can get very crowded during mola-mola ocean sunfish season (July-October). While it is a great snorkeling site to spot mola-molas, there are plenty of other sites around Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan. Where the chance to meet the exclusive fish is just as good and where the smaller number of snorkeler and boats makes the experience a lot nicer.

Gamat Bay is an amazing Nusa Penida snorkeling site, home to thousands of fish and underwater critters that have made a home for themselves amongst vibrant and colourful coral. From above the surface, the bay looks like any beach in Bali, but below the surface, it truly comes alive. If you’re interested in snorkeling in Nusa Penida, this amazing Bay is the place to do it. There is a diverse group of corals and coral mounds, almost all area of seabed from sandy Gamat Bay.

Poor experience
We got lucky and saw 2 manta rays but really that's it. Our driver, Koman, to and from the meeting point was very kind. The first site is deeper so you can't see the bottom as well, the second one was the best and very pretty, then the third was nice as well. We were at each site for probably 10-15 minutes, not 40 minutes like the website says. Based on my experience, I can't recommend.

Great day on the water
Fantastic tour, I could not reccomend it more. Our guide Budi picked us up and was great to chat to on the way to the port. He guided us through to the port, getting us the tickets and all making it very easy. Snorkelling was amazing, we got unlucky and did not see stingrays but the coral and shools of fish were great to swim down to. After that we had lunch and were driven to a few beaches with an amazing view and a very steep and challenging height. (Bring a lot of water and good gripping shoes!!!). Overall fantastic day trip, our guides made it so unbelievably easy to get around and were happy to help us. Would reccomend.

Amazing
We had a fantastic day snorkelling today. Agung was our driver for the day. Agung was very nice, pointed out some land marks for us and was very efficient. We didn't get to see any Mantaray as the water was a bit rough and murky, but the other areas were absolutely beautiful and the people were lovey! Definitely recommend

Fantastic experience with beautiful nature and friendly people
Really beautiful and nice trip, and really nice people on the whole trip. Good at meeting our needs and giving their suggestions along the way. You get the opportunity to choose between 4 different versions of the land trip, after you have experienced the beautiful snorkeling trip.
