About this experience
After picking you up in Amsterdam in the morning, we will drive to the beautiful National Park Hoge Veluwe, home to deer, wild boar, wolf and mouflon. It is a small group tour so we are flexible how you spend your time in the park! We will stop at several lookouts and wildlife viewing areas. If you like, you can discover the park on your own by bicycle as well! The Kröller-Müller Museum is famous for its large Van Gogh collection. Tickets to the museum are included! Furthermore the park is home to the residence/museum Jachthuis Sint Hubertus, and the Museonder exhibition about nature and wildlife. The park has a good restaurant serving coffee, cakes and lunch! The gift shop is extraordinary. Plenty to do and see for old and young!!

Excellent Tour!! Wonderful Day!!
We had a wonderful tour with Eva! She was very accommodating and informative about the history of the park as well as The Netherlands more generally. We went primarily for the Kröller-Müller Museum and all of the wonderful Van Gogh paintings (and those of many other artists). We arrived early and Eva drove us around the park prior to the museum opening. Overall, meeting and spending the day with Eva truly was the highlight of our Amsterdam stay. And please, do not hesitate to book directly with Dutch Tours as we did. You will not regret it!

What a lovely day! We enjoyed our small group so much! We saw the park, rode bikes and visited the museum! Great conversation in the van! Complimentary snacks and drinks were added bonus. Highest recommendation!
Response from the operator: hello Jennifer, Eric and Leo, what a nice day we had (even though the wolves were hiding) I hope you enjoy your cruise to the Nordics! All the best, Sarah, Dutch Tours

Trip with Sarah
We really enjoyed visiting museum and park Thank you Sarah for helping us to visit this place Suggest to use microphone in the car, because we could not hear very well
Response from the operator: hello! thanks for the review and oh no! I do have the microphones but as the group was so small it is usually better without :-) Glad you enjoyed the park! Sarah - Dutch Tours

An Exceptional Day!
My husband and I had a private tour to the Kroller Muller Museum and surrounding park and lodge. Sarah, our guide was terrific sharing her knowledge about the area as well as arranging for us to have free time in the sculpture gardens and to bike in the beautiful forest trails. It was a thoroughly memorable day that mixed an outstanding collection of art (primarily Van Gogh) within an extensive and beautiful park. Thank you Sarah and Dutch Tours!
Response from the operator: Diane! what a treat it was to spend the day with you in the park and to add the strange hunting lodge at the end of the day. Safe travels! Sarah ~ Dutch Tours

Small Group Tour to NP Hoge Veluwe (van Gogh) from Amsterdam: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Amsterdam.
How much does Small Group Tour to NP Hoge Veluwe (van Gogh) from Amsterdam cost?
+
Prices start at $115 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Amsterdam usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Small Group Tour to NP Hoge Veluwe (van Gogh) from Amsterdam take?
+
Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Amsterdam is not rushed.
Is Small Group Tour to NP Hoge Veluwe (van Gogh) from Amsterdam worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 69 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 25 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Amsterdam, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Small Group Tour to NP Hoge Veluwe (van Gogh) from Amsterdam?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Small Group Tour to NP Hoge Veluwe (van Gogh) from Amsterdam suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Small Group Tour to NP Hoge Veluwe (van Gogh) from Amsterdam?
+
Around 9 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Amsterdam can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Amsterdam and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Small Group Tour to NP Hoge Veluwe (van Gogh) from Amsterdam start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Amsterdam within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Amsterdam?
+
On Outty we rank every Amsterdam experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Amsterdam Canal Cruise with Local Guide and Small Group, Guided Bike Tour of Amsterdam's Highlights & Hidden Gems, Amsterdam: Luxury Canal Cruise including Cocktails & Snacks. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Amsterdam?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Amsterdam?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
