Trip advisor really you don’t give us the response we deserve and we pay 10 times more the cost of 1 entrance.
I had a very bad experience with trip advisor because I set this tour as a Mexican and my tour are rejected, then I signs by USA page and I revive the same tour but double the price. Finally we visit the Real Alcázar but this is kind a for of racism or abuse
Response from the operator: Dear Natalia, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the pricing and technical issues you encountered with the TripAdvisor platform. Please understand that as local tour providers, we do not control the platform’s pricing algorithms or booking systems. We deeply regret any misunderstanding, as we pride ourselves on welcoming guests from all over the world with equal respect and transparency. We managed to enter the Alcázar 24 hours before without reservation on the eve of Easter
I bought this tour the day before I did it, tried many ways and here it was achieved. It was a complex thing that accommodated my schedule but our guide Roberto exceeded expectations and all Laura's attentions to get the tickets were worth the cost.
Response from the operator: ¡Gracias Natalia por tu agradable comentario! Nos alegramos de haber compartido nuestro tiempo con una familia tan encantadora. Vuelve a Sevilla cuando lo desees.

Wonderful tour of Alcázar
Rosa was a wonderful guide. Lovely tour, very informative and enjoyable. Small group and early on the morning makes such a big difference in the enjoyment of the Alcázar.
Response from the operator: Chris, thank you for your feedback and for appreciating the way we make these guided tours so special.

Great way to see the Alcazar!
We had a good tour of the Alcazar. We were to 1st tour of the day, and we made a beeline for the center of the Alcazar when no one else was there! So, we had pictures and Javier’s comments alone in many of the inner spots. Throughout the rest of the tour, his energy and knowledge were a great gift to learning and understanding more of the history of the wonderful site.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your kind review, Peter. We take into account the importance of providing a dynamic and interesting tour; this can only be achieved with private or small group tours that ensure quality. And of course, with good guides!

Wonderful private tour
Robert was a wonderful guide and really helped us understand the palace. He was able to explain things that we would never have understood had we visited on our own. We would highly recommend this tour especially since tickets are difficult to get if you wait until that day.
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your kind opinion Shelly, we take into account that guided tours to the main monuments are better in private groups or exclusive groups. Kind regards!

How much does Small Group Tour of the Royal Alcazar of Seville cost?
+
Prices start at $114 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Seville usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Small Group Tour of the Royal Alcazar of Seville take?
+
Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Seville is not rushed.
Is Small Group Tour of the Royal Alcazar of Seville worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 53 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Seville, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Small Group Tour of the Royal Alcazar of Seville?
+

Is Small Group Tour of the Royal Alcazar of Seville suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Small Group Tour of the Royal Alcazar of Seville?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seville can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seville and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Small Group Tour of the Royal Alcazar of Seville start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Seville within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Seville?
+
On Outty we rank every Seville experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Best of Seville Bike Tour: Top Sights & Hidden Gems, 3 Cities in One Day: Cordoba, White Village & Ronda from Sevilla, The Seville Tapas Crawl Tour by Food Lover Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Seville?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Seville?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
