    Amazing class, so fun!

Andrea was incredible! Such a warm, funny, experienced chef. The pasta we made was unbelievable yet very accessible — I can definitely see us making this food again at home. Going to the local market was also really cool!

    Best pasta making class!!

We had an unforgettable experience at Pasta Class Florence with the amazing MasterChef Davide! From the moment we met, he made our family feel welcome and excited for the day ahead. He took us on a local market tour to handpick the freshest vegetables and chicken, then introduced us to his friend Stefano—the “Cheese Wizard”—for an incredible tasting experience. Back in the kitchen, Chef Davide guided us through making fresh pasta from scratch. He was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and—most importantly—absolutely hilarious. We were laughing the entire time while learning real techniques we can’t wait to try at home. Chef Davide made the experience personal, fun, and unforgettable. Thank you for the memories—can’t wait to cook with you again!

Response from the operator: Thank you very much to appreciate our class and Davide! He's such a great chef :)

    Do not miss this experience!

Simone was a superb teacher! We started across the street at the wonderful fresh market with cheese and salami/prosciutto boards with other treats. (Parmesano Reggiano, need I say more? )Moved onto the finest butcher stalls with meats/poultry. Simone asked me what I liked and was making up recipes as we went from butchers and spice stalls to the outside produce market. Omg. Fresh artichoke, fava beans, basil. At their lovely new kitchen across the street we spent the morning making the 3 most beautiful sauces and fresh pasta by hand. Honestly, the duck ragout was to die for. The artichoke sauce was incredible. The pesto so elevated! Honestly, it was my favorite experience in Italy. I should’ve done this first instead of at the end of the trip because it was so educational. Even if you have a Nonna, do this!

Response from the operator: We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed your time with us! Thank you for sharing your experience! 💛

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
