The maximum measurement for luggage allowed inside the coach is 40x30x20 cm (this only applies to coaches with luggage space below). Larger suitcases and bulky items such as surfboards, ski equipment and alike are permitted in the lower luggage compartment as long as space is available. Bicycles are allowed on board at no charge when space permits. The bicycle must be packed in protective wrapping.

We almost lost the flight
We almost lost a flight because of poor management of the terminal doors. Our shuttle bus had to stop at terminal 5 where the door was still closed so the people from the back of the line exited through terminal 4 and boarded before us even though we waited one hour to be in front. If this sounds like it couldn't get any worse my ticket was flagged as "already used" even though I bought it the night before departing and literally didn't even open it before the check. Don't bother with flygbussarna just go with Flixbus instead.

Avoid. Take a taxi. Or Uber. Or bolt. Anyone just not them
Appalling services. A blatant disregard for schedule. The bus was supposed to depart at 3pm, we waited in the cold for them until 4:15 and even then they waited for another plane to land just to fill the bus with another 6 people. They only leave when the bus is full. Regardless of the schedule. Never again I’ll be using this company. Zero stars for services, zero stars for professionalism (the people there kept telling us “we leave in 10-15 minutes” each time we asked) Zero overall

My worst bus ride ever
The worst ride ever!!! Bus driver missed 4 turns, the bus was from Skavsta airport to Stockholm central, the journey supposed to be around 1hour and 30 minutes, because the bus driver missed at least 4 turns, we ended up driving into Solna which added at least 30 minutes of driving to Stockholm central, I would not recommend this bus, and never would take it again!!!

Group travelling
You might take into account that some may tavel in groups (for example school groups) and reconsider your group travellers' policy. Teachers/group leaders are responsible for their students/group members. Therefore they should not split and should not be put at the end of the line. Group travelling should not be a disadvantage. You do not offer group dicounts. At least, provide them this priority when boarding, of course, according to their arrival.

Unorganised
I understand this is not the driver's fault, but we were in the first 10 in line and got in last 5 in the bus since people have not respected the line. I think the company should ensure this by making one person line mandatory through a marking. Also when we got in, we were told we can't sit in the second row where there were some small pillows (assume was for kids) and we ended up not being able to sit together and also having to sit next to let's say not the cleanest people, while in the end other adults were let to sit there infront. Small things can make the experience much better.
