Dampen out end of cruise.
First I rebooked for our Celebrity Iceland cruise in advance. They they had a problem with the credit card even though they had no problem with the same credit for tours. Had to chat with agent who finally got things straightened out. I gave them exact address the cruise gave me and 2800 hundred people the address for pickup at Port. Driver kept calling me on what’s app which I don’t have and was never relayed to me except for text messages. Then I used a what’s app to call him back and he was not in the right location waiting outside extra 1/2 hour. Finally had to send him pictures. He never assisted us nor even have our names like other drivers had for their customers. He was angry with us. His communication skills were poor. I will not use them for private transfers again.

This driver is one of our most reliable partners and has an excellent service record with no previous complaints. Driver was there on time at 4.30 am Got confirmation text with drivers phone number the previous day Expensive for a 45 minute journey to the Airport The price was £250. Might be cheaper to book direct with the taxi company
