DO NOT EVER BOOK THROUGH TRIPADVISOR
This is the first and last time I will ever book anything with tripadvisor and Viator tours. I’d booked a transfer for my family of 5 to go from singapore to Legoland through tripadvisor.com and back. Tripadvisor had confirmed the booking at the time of booking and there was no reason to check if they would be able to fulfil the booking. On the day of travel, nobody turned up at the assigned time of 8am. When I tried calling the tour operator, the phone line went dead and I wasn't able to connect. So I had to call a TripAdvisor US number and got connected. The only thing the poor girl could call was the same operator (not surprisingly nobody answered the phone) and she didn’t get a response as well. So she told me my options. Either cancel for a refund or cancel. So there was no real option. I asked if they could arrange an alternative operator to bring us to Legoland but she just said that that wasn't an option. the only way she could 'help' us was to cancel our booking for a refund. We were stranded with no way to get to Legoland. there was no peace of mind booking my travel with TripAdvisor and we were very disappointed. after trying for 2 hours to get an alternative operator to bring us to Malaysia, we couldnt find anybody to bring us there and had to cancel our trip forfeiting our 5 tickets to Legoland. This was a very disappointing first booking through TripAdvisor although we'd good experiences in Europe with Viator some years ago.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. Our outbound driver was 1 hour and 45 minutes late, and the return driver was 38 minutes late. It appeared that the dispatcher had not notified the drivers in advance, as each time I had to call when no one arrived at the scheduled pickup time. Given the importance of timing for a cross-border trip to Legoland Malaysia, this level of delay and lack of communication was unacceptable.

Asian Tour 2025
The ride to LEGOLAND was challenging. Make sure to complete a visitors form for Malaysia, it is separate from Singapore. However the driver was knowledgeable and was able to assist us in completing the form. I appreciate the driver’s patient with us and assistance.

Great experience, very comfortable
Great trip, good communication from the drivers, very helpful, helped with immigration documents into Malaysia. Would definitely recommend this service, certainly wouldn’t drive myself.

Amazing transfer
Amazing trip and transfer getting through passport control and over to Legoland with no stress and the pickup was on time and no hustle

Why this scores 46
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Singapore to Legoland Malaysia - Private Transfer: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Singapore.
How much does Singapore to Legoland Malaysia - Private Transfer cost?
+
Prices start at $160 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Singapore usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Singapore to Legoland Malaysia - Private Transfer take?
+
Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Singapore is not rushed.
Is Singapore to Legoland Malaysia - Private Transfer worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 46 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.5/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Singapore, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Singapore to Legoland Malaysia - Private Transfer?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Singapore to Legoland Malaysia - Private Transfer suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Singapore to Legoland Malaysia - Private Transfer?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Singapore can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Singapore and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Singapore to Legoland Malaysia - Private Transfer start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Singapore within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Singapore?
+
On Outty we rank every Singapore experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Singapore Highlights Small Group Bike Tour on Full-Sized Bicycles, Lion City Bike Tour of Singapore, Singapore River Cruise, Night Garden Rhapsody & Spectra by CYT. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Singapore?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Singapore?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
