Best use of your afternoon/evening in Singapore
This was a wonderful and absolutely worthwhile use of our time. Our tour guide was super knowledgeable and all the information there was fascinating. If you have a short time in Singapore, I highly recommend this activity.

Pickup instructions were...
Pickup instructions were vague - however tour guide managed to make it work. River cruise was enjoyable. Spectra light show was spectacular. Gardens lightshow was not as spwctacular but enjoyable nonetheless. The advertising failed to mention that the dropoff point was Satay Street - an amazing ending to a great experience.

River Cruise was great…. Loved the light show from the water. John our tour guide was very professional and funny. Unfortunately due to the formula 1 everything was changed around due to closures at the last minute so by the time we got to the gardens. Mostly shut. But either way an enjoyable evening

Terrible tour, waste of time, unsafe, bad communication
Incredibly disorganized and so much wasted time. Booked a 5:30pm hotel pickup, I was emailed a 5:45pm pickup time. I was repeatedly WhatsApp called by driver at 5:22pm saying he was here. We were driven to the meet-up point at the Singapore Flyer and told to take pictures for 20 minutes. Two rude men put us on the wrong bus, then we were offloaded to a different bus. Our eventual guide was laughing about the entire thing and everything she said was either unintelligible, screeching, or a question - eh? We were then dropped at Merlion Park and left for another 20 minutes. Then it took another 10 minutes for 14 of us to make our way back to find the bus. Then a useless 25min stop to see the dam. Guide told us to stand up before bus stopped and we all lurched around while he was trying to park. Nice Skytree show - but guide was late to return and gather all guests to rush to the river boat for the Rhapsody show - that was pretty. Wasted more time afterwards after docking and wandering around, guide left guests to find each other, and wait for vans to take us all back to hotels after she eventually called for transport. Our van driver overshot our hotel and spent 10 minutes trying to back up the van on a busy street/highway and actually suggested we get out and walk. On the highway blocked off for F1 so 6 inches of clearance between us and the blockade walls. Zero recommendation for this tour company - shame on V for selling.

Coordinating multiple guests, hotel pickups and transfers naturally involves some waiting time. More importantly, the sightseeing stops at Merlion Park and other attractions are clearly stated in our published itinerary and form part of the experience you knowingly booked. These stops are intentionally included to allow guests to explore, take photographs and enjoy Singapore’s iconic landmarks. Describing advertised itinerary stops as “wasted time” raises the question of why you chose to book an experience that explicitly includes them. Your tour also coincided with Singapore’s Formula 1 period, during which extensive road closures and traffic restrictions affected transportation across the city. While we acknowledge your concerns regarding coordination, expecting a shared group tour to provide the flexibility, immediate departures and personalised attention of a private tour is unreasonable. If your priority is avoiding other guests, sightseeing stops and group coordination, a private tour would have been the more appropriate choice. We would also encourage prospective customers to look at our overall track record. Among the many five-star reviews we regularly receive, this isolated one-star review stands in sharp contrast to the overwhelmingly positive feedback from our guests. We believe that speaks for itself. We welcome genuine constructive feedback and will review concerns regarding guide communication and transport coordination. However, criticising a tour for following its advertised itinerary and operating as a shared group experience is not a fair reflection of the service purchased. We encourage all travellers to read the itinerary and understand the nature of the experience before making a booking.
