Informative journey around Singapore river and surrounds
An interesting, informative experience, delving into the history and culture of the area and people. The guide brought it to life with humour, knowledge and first hand experience.

One I would recommend.
The supermarket tree light show was a little underwhelming but the Marina Bay water and light show was quite lovely. Edwin, our guide, was very knowledgeable about Singapore and its history and was more than happy to answer any questions. We went to Lau Pau Sat at the end of the tour and had satay at the Satat Street area. MRT station a short walk away.

Wasn't quite sure what to expect...
This tour was at the tail end of a month-long vacation where we took many tours and, to be honest, we were a little "toured out". But, this was a very enjoyable evening that surprised us, which doesn't happen very often. Tang was a great guide - maybe the best we encountered on this entire trip. On a couple of occasions, he had to show some tough love to a couple of young men on the tour and handled it vey well. The light show at the Garden by the Bay was really entertaining. I'm looking forward to receiving all the pictures Tang took during the tour.

Definitely do not miss.
This is an unbelievable experience and one not to be missed. If you do not do anything else in Singapore do not miss this show

Twilight River Cruise with Evening Light Shows
Tang, our tour guide was fantastic. Very humerous and knowledgable of Singapore history, which made the tour most enjoyable and worthwhile. As constructive feedback for LC Travel , whilst we were picked up at our hotel of choice because we were inside the foyer looking for the number plate of the coach we were advised, the second couple were not so fortunate. The reason was that the driver parked the coach away from the front of their hotel, did not go in to announce he was there so if the guests were following instructions " wait in the foyer", then this no doubt contributed to them missing the pickup and tour.
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your kind feedback and for highlighting Tang’s efforts — we are delighted to know his humor and knowledge added so much to your experience. We also sincerely appreciate your constructive comments regarding the pickup arrangement. We understand how important a smooth start is to any tour, and we will take your feedback onboard to ensure our drivers provide clearer communication and improved coordination for our guests in the future. We truly value your support and hope to welcome you again on another tour in Singapore.

Why this scores 60
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Singapore River Cruise and Light Shows 2-Person Bundle: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Singapore.
How much does Singapore River Cruise and Light Shows 2-Person Bundle cost?
+
Prices start at $90 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Singapore usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Singapore River Cruise and Light Shows 2-Person Bundle take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Singapore is not rushed.
Is Singapore River Cruise and Light Shows 2-Person Bundle worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Singapore, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Singapore River Cruise and Light Shows 2-Person Bundle?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Singapore River Cruise and Light Shows 2-Person Bundle suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Singapore River Cruise and Light Shows 2-Person Bundle?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Singapore can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Singapore and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Singapore River Cruise and Light Shows 2-Person Bundle start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Singapore within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Singapore?
+
On Outty we rank every Singapore experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Singapore Highlights Small Group Bike Tour on Full-Sized Bicycles, Lion City Bike Tour of Singapore, Singapore River Cruise, Night Garden Rhapsody & Spectra by CYT. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Singapore?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Singapore?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
